Spore Print and Syringe Question

Hey Guys,
So I'm planning on making my first spore prints from this current grow I'm doing, and i can't seem to get an understanding about a very important aspect of the sterile technique.
My fruiting chamber is in a spare room, with no hepa air filter. And I'm trying to figure out how likely i am to contam my spore prints. Specifically the step of removing the mushroom cap from the fruiting chamber onto foil. I plan on having a little table right next to chamber with the stuff needed to get a print started ( foil and glasses to set over the foil).
I'm wondering if i can spray lysol above the fruiting chamber before i open the lid, take off the lid, then disenfect my hands, foil etc. cut the shroom cap off and very quickly transfer it to the foil and put the glass over it ( and possibly que tip swap the top of the mushroom with H2o2)
Once i have the cap covered with the jar, i will use more elaborate sterile technique in my kitchen for transferring to syringes .
Im just worried about the actual moment of moving the cap to the foil, i feel like im going to cause a significant air movement and whip up a ton of potential contaminant spores during that moment, and i never understood how people get contaminant free syringes.
anyone have any tips or advice?
thanks once again for your input guys

Why don't you put the whole chamber in your kitchen where you can work cleaner and more comfortable?

No need for this step.
Try to work fast and clean. Not too hectic.

in respect to this reply,
When i work in my kitchen, my sterile technique includes a ton of aerosol disinfectant. Will a heavy spraying in the air cause my cakes to get damaged/sick?

Dont spray at all, you can't clean the air. While it may help reduce some bacteria to a degree it really doesn't do anything

Aseptic is the best you can hope for with spore prints. Caps are not sterile.
Never mind the spray, but if you can print inside a still air environment then you will probably get the best results you could hope for.
