Day 9 in FC: No pins yet

Hey guys,
Got 5 half pint cakes of PE that have been sitting in my SGFC for 9 days now, and I'm starting to get nervous. I can tell they have been consolidating because the cakes are much heavier than they were previously, so they aren't dead. I think the humidity may be a bit low due to there being no visible condensation on the walls of the FC (don't have a hygrometer, could you recommend one?) so I've started running a humidifier in the same room. I also just rehydrated all the perlite. Would dunking and rolling them again be a good idea or is it too soon for that?
I've been hesitant to mist too much because they were starting to grow some white fuzz, but I'm starting to think that they aren't pinning because I'm not misting enough. I work 9-5, so I've been FAE in the morning, my lunch break, and 3-4 times when I get home.
Got any ideas of what the problem is or any tips to help induce pinning? I'm not in full-blown panic mode yet... that will probably happen at the 2 week mark.

The main pinning triggers is evaporation and change in gas, meaning air is starting to replacing CO2
Just be patient, mist until you get little water droplets forming on the surface
I have a mono that's on day 9 of fruiting and I have not seen one single mushroom yet
I've got invitro jars that been in fruiting for around 2 weeks and still no fruit

PE drinks a ton of water and likes a tight top casing layer.. that being said..
I'd sit those cakes in a tray of water for 8-24 hours. Change each time until they swell. They'll be the weight they were after your dunk. You could, also, when they're done taking a drink, roll them again in wet verm. Try to keep on as much as you can but don't hurt it. Put the cakes on upside down jar lids.
Maximize every square centimeter and group them together. This way you're giving them all the water they need, and reinforcing a solid and tight casing layer. If you're a little liberal on the top, that's ok. Expect a week longer than other cubes and don't mist them for 48 hours so they grab some of their new casing layer.
TBH, I'd dunk them all again if they were healthy, in their separate containers, and then roll them again. Let sit at least two full days. Get as much verm to stick as you can and don't most hard enough to blow it off. It's what I'd do 10 times out of 10. If it was any other strain I'd say just leave in a shallow dish of water but people are gonna say never reroll a cake. They look like they need another drink and a better casing layer so give them that and expect fruiting to be longer. They'll be great.
