Hey guys, any tips for hunting in north ga? i've checked parks and such with no luck. there's plenty of cow fields near me (like 4 within a 10 minute drive) that seem pretty promising but im black and don't wanna get caught just scavenging old white peoples property lmao. would i be better off just asking?

I usually take my dogs, so I've blamed it on them before... "they chased a deer on to your property", "stupid dog got off the leash", etc... I've said I was collecting specimens for my online mycology class... also, that I'm looking for chanterelles (which is partially teeheehee)... my buddy in Maryland tells people he's looking for deer antler sheds... good cover to have my 3 year old with me for sure... good luck... come on rain!!!

All the pins were drying out.  Didn't want to let them rot

Does your spot have sewage lines running through the ground? I heard weilii grows over sewage lines that are leaking

I've found them near one before,  but this patch doesn't have one.

Looks like a yummy breakfast Cham... it's gotta be the soil at Weiliantis... maybe the pinestraw, but if I was to bet, I'd say the soil used for backfilling had mycelia all in it... pinestraw definitely insulates it and plus the drip irrigation... come on rain and cooler temps... have a good week ladies...

is that in the woods adjacent to the field or just where the field meets the woods and starts transitioning?  that doesn't even look like ground that cows regularly trample.

super nice finds!

It's a part of the woods where the cows walk through to enter pther field and. To be honest I didn't see any shot and saw 3 of those gi's growing. Pretty funny. But I'm sure there was some amount of manure to grow them.
