Looks to be so, I love those little choaders just one of them I've picked was equivalent to about 2.5 of the more matured specimens. I think this has been the best year in about the past 5 years I've been finding these guys

It's not a mushroom, but I've been training my pup to help me find Psilocybes, and he's the one who helped the find the Atlantis in my one known spot. And even sits down next the Cearulescens patches. He's been a great pupper doggo and figures I'd share a picture of my hunting buddy.

Well I went to the spot from my first picture with the dried up weilii and found a few more! Looks like when fall hits this will be a great spot! I know this is a pretty small haul but my first finds in almost 3 years so quite exciting for me.

Dude that's awesome. How old is the patch do you think? And any haul is a good haul for the primary mission

Anything shorter than 12-15 feet. Some people will say they only grow with loblolly but that is not my experience.

Right very true! Now by how old do you mean the patch in general or just those shrooms? I would say those are a day or two old and I got there just in time but the patch is in a neighborhood still being constructed so it has to be about 3-10 years old I would think.
Question. I have never successfully gotten a spore print. Is this usually a pretty difficult task or am I just failing at it??

He will even eat one or two when I do. He doesn't like the stems though. But he's a mushroom head dog hahaha even eats portabellas, oysters, lions manes, and Chantrelles. Won't help me find any but the Psilocybes. I'm gonna start working on certain edibles soon though.

I seriously believ he is my old dog Amous that died. I was trying to train him when I got him. But he's just eat them. But after he died my buddies dog had a litter of pups and this dog was all about me. And even has the same mannerisms as my other dog. But a little more well trained seeing as I got this one as a pup. My older dog was already 3 years old when I rescued him. And had him for 5 or 6 years before he had died. Then this guy comes along. And he doesn't want to leave my side at all. I'll take him across the street to my buddies house where his mom and sister live. And when I get home he's already swam out in the river ran through peoples yards and just chilling in my yard waiting on me to get home from work. He al so loves to go kayaking with me too. Wish I could take him to work with me though

Because they give no fucks man. The humidity helps as well. It's been over 80% At least in my area. Planning on going out in The morning and seeing if i can't find something, still haven't weedeater my patch either so hoping the tall ass grasses help keep them popping up like they had been
