I find it a little odd you would find a cluster of 4 to 5 mushrooms then only post one pic of a half destroyed cap with green bruising

I stepped on the one in the picture. Not all of them bruised. I ate them all but the one I took a picture of. I don't have to explain myself. I'm not trying to claim any trophy nor am I wanting this sort of attention.

I believe his find is totally legit and I was extremely skeptical and examined the pics thoroughly.

Never have I seen a cap turn that color and I honestly don't think they are active. You don't have to explain yourself to anyone but I think your dumb for obviously having minimal experience and just immediately shoving mushrooms in your face that aren't identified by someone with actual experience picking them. That is how people poison themselves and die a slow and painful death. Your choice though. I call bull shit. Just my opinion though no offense

Active or not the pictures are legit and not altered in any way. This was my on the site find. And my brain must be pretty strong to trick me into tripping as hard as I did

Something to consider. Here is a panaeolus cinctulus which are barely active and rarely bruise blue.

The pics of the cluster look like lacremaria to me and I never said you altered the pics I've never ever seen a green bruising like that on a psilocybe. Not that green of a color anyway

Lacrymaria caps are fibrillose, these clearly are not.

You can't tell by that pic. The cap is wet or moist on top and they look identical to Weilii at certain stages. Might be a different species but I've seen lac remarks look exactly like that. I know typically they ARE fibrous and scaley but not always.

Show me a Lacrymaria pic with non fibrillose caps. You have the entire internet.

Couldn't find any good examples in my photos but I have seen some at certain stages of fruit body where when wet it's very hard to tell its fibrous

Here's another pic of some more less than one foot away. I left them there to mature. Not sure if they are the same

Let's take a step back and stop the insults fist of all and disrespect. No one is dumb everyone say sorry apologize accept each other apology for the silliness and all is well Here I will do it and then put myself of the cross and die for your sins so so one actually has to apologize about loud now I'm dead but back to life SUPRIZ MUCAKEUCKER!! ANYWAZE,

We all desperately NEED to be finding the types of mushrooms Cham9085 claims to have found.

The trouble with it is I have been hunting Ceaurelence, Weilii, Cubes, Atlantis and active gymnophilissz in north Fulton and Gwinnett, I have been out hunting the last 3 or 4 days and nothing indicates the types of mushrooms found unless there was irrigation or other unusual factors. I have an extremely good friend that is a mushroom hound. We have been out and found NOTHING

The Weather does not seem to match the types of growth pictured. There are no Hypholomas, Lacramaryas or stink horns or boletes or any of the other indicator mushrooms even thinking about growing. It is pretty much bone dry out there. I cannot say that he faked the pics or they are real I can only say there's nothing that looks like that or anything similar that I have seen in or around town at this time irrigation or not.

I think they're legit. Just because you haven't found mushrooms in the little piece of GA that you've looked around doesn't mean they aren't where he is.

I do landscape. Every yard I do has irrigation. The past two weeks have been very warm. I find at a minimum 3 different types of mushrooms everyday. Sometimes I find ten different genus in one day. Hence the fact that I post id requests every single day. You even said there are no hyphloma. Then what are these?

And to go further. Look at my profile. Look how many mushrooms I have found. And remember. I haven't even been a Shroomery member for a whole month yet. I've found hundreds of species of mushrooms in less than thirty days. If your "mushroom hound" can't sniff anything out you need to bring it behind the barn and shoot it. You're not looking hard enough. I do landscape in 17 different counties with different weather. There is plenty to find.

There is moisture on the ground but these are not wet. Starting to dry out in the sun. Smooth dry cap
