I figured since there's a thread in this subforum where people post what they do in the gym every day, a thread about what you ate every day would go hand and hand.

I'll start it off with what I ate yesterday:
Oatmeal
Chick fil a chicken minis
Chick fil a hashbrowns

Chicken breast
Pork loin chop with gravy
meatball strogonoff
broccoli

GNC protein

mushroom pasta
italian paninis
chicken drumsticks
chicken wings
rice
corn
rice crispy treat
Totals to 3,400 calories 190g protein and 330g carbs

Berry, nut and seed smoothie

Green smoothie with lacinato kale, sw. potato, pea protein, cinnamon essential oil

+lots of water and 2 cups of coffee

Potato n chicken soup
Salad with mixed greens, broccoli, beats, mushrooms, brussle sprouts, carrots chicken, croutons and honey mustard dressing.


Probs gonna grab some nuts n dried fruit to snack on soon.

Oh and going for my 3rd cup of coffee.

Had chicken soup with crackers for lunch.

Just ate dinner.  I know I eat dinner early.  Rice with veggies and fried rice spice.  Also a tilapia filet with olive oil, flour, soul seasoning, sautéd in olive oil spray.

Under 1700 calories and feeling good.  Took a walk with the dog for awhile, bout 2 hours or so.  Not sure when we left.

1 decaffeinated
Bout to get a full caffeinated cup

Fried chicken salad with carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onion straws

Mixed nuts w/ dried fruit and chocolate

Gonna eat fried flounder and fries for dinner

You are getting far too much saturated fat.

Really think you'll bulk up with 5 x the requirement of daily protein?  Likely no!

Eat more spinach.

Breakfast- Orange, coffee, 1/4 bagel with cream cheese, 1 taco 300cal

Lunch- 5 tacos 1105cal

Dinner- Cheeseburger and fries 1000cal

Plus a pint of whiskey and a coke, no wonder I'm getting fat.  I had a pretty good week but used Friday as an excuse.

Actually, I get 10-20g of saturated fat a day and for me that's perfectly fine. As to your protein question, yes.

So far today I've only had coffee

I'm really bad about eating on the weekends. I go out to go for a hike about mid day and then wonder why I feel like I'm gonna pass out.

Lunch/Dinner-

I kind of combined lunch and dinner like I usually do, this was because I worked out, had a protein shake, then went out and about for a bit to buy some shit to cook.

I had a recipe from the local grocery store I wanted to try, so gave that a whirl, it was a veggie meatloaf, was good but I don't really fuck with soy stuff, usually meat or hemp "tofu" (hempfu), but it wasn't half bad.

So I made that meatless meatloaf, and had some biscuits on the side for some carbs, I am full as hell, muscles looking all flush with glycogen, bitches love glycogen filled meat sacks, and this meat sack is full of glycogen.:imslow:

I've been trying to incorporate more raw vegetables and fruits into my diet since doing all this cardio. trying to cut out ALL JUNK food and sugar from my diet but today I totally blew it. My mother asked me if I wanted to go eat with her at a buffet and MAN DID I HIT IT HARD! Fried chicken, collards, mac n cheese, fatback, chocolate cake and rice and peas. Oh well
