Edit: Better closer pics
Top Right of my 1st tub, this is what I was concerned with

Left side of first tub. loos like good mycellium to me

And while Im here, my second tub. Looks good to me, can I get confirmation

Trich is white before it blows spores and turns green, I'd be on the lookout for green in the next couple days.

Pic is not clear enough to accurately diagnose if it's mold or healthy mycelium. Like PinPorn said, if it's not green in the next few days that's a very good sign.
To take a better pic, put camera closer, make the substrate much brighter(perhaps put a lamp right next to it) and stabilize your camera somehow.
Edit: I noticed the top right section looks moldy, perhaps cobweb. Need better pics. I'm 90% certain it's contaminated.

I'm not sure what kind of mycelium that is, but that is definitely not cube in the concerned pic. That is green! It doesn't look like trich unless its trich that hasn't sporulated yet (idk I've only had mean green once, but that doesn't look right either way) but I'd trash it or throw it outside somewhere (if its warm enough around you) and watch it to see if that spot grows or what happens. I like to throw my contaminated tubs I'm not composting in a big pile in some trees on my property. I've seen cubes defeat a few contams and I've seen a few contams win too. Its interesting to watch the two fight over substrate or to watch one feed off the other.
Just don't let that spread to the rest of your grow or let it spore inside your house. Also shower after you toss it.
Second tub looks good though

pictures are not that good. I would also guess cobweb. does not look good. If its cobweb you are fucked, I think cobweb is also parasitic:( I would try to get some fruits, but keep a close eye on it. better to throw it out than have false hopes. I think after that you have to really clean out everything. How did you prepare the bulk ? Second looks good, the surface is quite colonized you wanna case it ? looks also wet, maybe use less water ? more on the dry side. These are just suggestions. Maybe, someone with more knowledge can give you better directions. maybe sprinkle some vermiculite on it if you have humidity concerns. it should pin soon. On the first picture the cube mycelium also looks bacterial.

I did the bulk via the bucket pasteurization tek. I have PC but elected not through reading. Put at field capacity, loaded pans and covered with tinfoil. Haven't added any water. Only uncovered twice to get pics.
Once 100% colonized I plan on casing, covering and incubating for 2-3 days with some patching, then throwing in a martha I set up.
First grow. Lots of info on here that conflict so Im feeling it out.
Edit: Forgot to add, I hit the 1st pan top right whispy area with H2O2 today. still covered in incubator. We'll see in a few more days.
