Good natural mouth wash?

Been meaning to get some more for awhile now, I don't mind a bit of sting to my mouth wash but I try and get "natural" ones that aren't cheap/ ghetto.
Anyone have a recommendation?
A quick search and I found this stuff: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Xyliwhite-Mouthwash-Refreshmint-Organic-Product-16oz-Now-Solutions-Free-Shipping-/252210683492?hash=item3ab8ed9e64:g:ZdcAAOSwp5JWbK8N

11$ for a 16 oz bottle, it has some interesting stuff in it

Not minding that time's passing by I've got all and more, My smile, just as before. Is all that I carry with me I talk to myself, I need nobody else. I'm lost and I'm mine, yes I'm free

I put 3-4 drops of peppermint essential oil in 2 mouth fulls worth of water and swish it 30 seconds, spit, repeat. It's really cheap. Who knows how long that 8 oz of oil will last me, a year maybe.
It's super refreshing, and is a great antibacterial. Girlfriend sometimes says it burns her eyes when I crawl into bed after doing my teeth stuff.
That's my recommendation.

That is a good idea
I have a lot of random oils and I bet many would make a beneficial mouth wash.

Maybe if I was eating amanitas, just kidding.
Even then I probably would just eat more or extract the alkaloids or something.

I heard it was good for sore throats I think. Might have tried it once.
Didn't like how gurgling salt water felt though

I use the pro health stuff from crest.
Makes me feel like shit in the morning when i use it the night before, its almost like i could feel the flouride eating away at my third eye or sum shit.., but anyway it keeps my teeth fresh and thats what matters.. And the pot helps..
Speaking of pot, i use to think it made ur teeth white back in high school, cuz there were these kids in my classes who smoked and they all had really white teeth.. I never smoked it in high school tho, shit i i only for like 2 1/2 years..

Apple cider vinegar?
Coconut oil?I occasionally do oil pulling, imma start doing it every day soon tho. My mouth feels great when I do it. When I use normal fluoride toothpaste.... even a tiny pea sized bit and making sure I don't swallow any.... it makes me feel nauseous and my mouth feels horrible

Speaking of tooth paste I need some more of this tooth powder, it has baking soda and clay and calcium carbonate and a few other powders plus organic cinnamon clove and peppermint. It tastes pretty good and is fluoride free and cleans great.

It is still a naturally occurring substance...
Maple syrup is "natural" especially compared to fake alternatives.

I don't want stuff with cheap/ gross alcohol and synthetic flavors/ other crap.
Everything is most definitely not natural humans have created many toxic abnormalities that do not exist in nature at least to the extent we have observed.

Vodka. Not cheap but it kills germs. Also fairly 'natural' considering it's made with yeast and grains.
Everclear will work too.

Yes and I think that should be pretty obvious all things considered.
When I thin of natural I think of something solely existing in nature. We are a part of nature no doubt but we also make a lot of unnatural synthetic things.
If humans start cloning ourselves before long would you consider the clones "naturally birthed" becouse it was a "human" process? I wouldn't.

I was actually wondering if I could just mix alcohol with some oils and stuff to make my own potent mouthwash.

So you think cloning would be natural just becouse humans are the ones doing it?...

That is a dangerous line of thought, was us dropping a nuke on Japan "natural"?

That is totally subjective though, that may be your opinion just as it is mine that none of that is natural.
But what is and isn't natural comes down to semantics, your thinking seems like an excuse to justify human behavior and actions though.
Why take responsibility for our misdeeds if it is all just nature? Was the holocaust "natural"? Animals kill each other in nature but I don't think to an even remotely similiar extent as humans.
Quote:
na·ture ˈnāCHər/ noun noun: nature; plural noun: natures
1. the phenomena of the physical world collectively, including plants, animals, the landscape, and other features and products of the earth, as opposed to humans or human creations.
I would say your definition/ logic is flawed as this definition points out. The very definition of nature goes against your stance.
Like I said it comes down to semantics though.

You're making the false equivalency that because something is natural, that means it's just A-OK. The holocaust was the result of human behavior, which is an extension of human nature. You apparently just don't know enough about either one to make that rational conclusion.

Well, as for mouthwash, I think proper and consistent brushing technique eliminates the need to ever use mouthwash. Mouth wash is actually a gimmick. And the sting is actually damaging your mouth when you do it too much and there are some notable mouth cancer cases linked to chronic mouth wash use

Where did I say something is automatically ok becouse it is natural?

Datura is natural, yet I would never recommend anyone try it.
I think you are the one not making rational conclusions assuming things that aren't true or that I never said...

I agree in part, but I feel like a good mouthwash is better then swishing with water to clean out the mouth/ gums after a thorough brushing.
Like I said I don't want cheap/ ghetto stuff with gross alcohol in it, I kind of like the sting of certain washes but cinnamon/ other spiced natural mouth washes can have a much more enjoyable "kick" to them without making my mouth feel like it is on fire Some mouth washes also have various random things that are good for cleaning or protecting teeth.

Idk man I don't think nature intended for us to swish random things to clean and protect our teeth. Come on now, nature already put fluoride in the tap water for that!

I agree. But if we consider anything humans make to be unnatural, which is what some people think, then his options get to be real limited. He wants to make cinnamon water... Thats not natural. River water, ocean water, mud - that stuff is "natural" (using the odd definition of natural).
