First Grow, Biological Warfare, a Mutant?, and some questions!?(Pics)

Hi there fellow Shroomerites!
My dog Fluffy recently started his first grow and would just like to share some photos and ask a couple questions about the grow, since thanks to this forum's help, Fluffy has finally managed to develop decent pin sets.
Methodology: Fluffy used the classic first-time-favorite grow method of PF Tek. The tek was followed down to every detail, the details that I'm sure every grower reading this will know of, so I will not explain this tek.
Fluffy was pleased to find that his BRF jars colonized very quickly and he was left with 8 out of 10 total cakes full of fluffy white mycellium to fruit into some delicious, delicious mush.
Fluffy placed all 8 cakes into three different styles of FC's, and of course found that the SGFC as developed by RR was obviously the best(although Fluffy had to modify it slightly due to lack of heat((~45 degrees F))and a requirement for a heater in the room).
The SGFC follows the usual tek with the 1/4" holes every 2"s apart and plenty of damp perlite. The only problem was that due to the fan, it was almost impossible to maintain humidity in the SGFC, so Fluffy began a process of slowly taping over holes until the desired levels of holes was reached, and soon thereafter the humidity rose strongly to a level that stimulated plenty of knots, and soon after pins, enough to develop.
Fluffy is also using this in combination with the bubble wrap tek, and opens the FC about three times a day to do a light misting with warm, very watered-down H202. After each misting, the bubble wrap is wiped with Iso, allowed to dry, and very gently placed back onto the cakes.
Fluffy has currently achieved ~ 40(+-5) pins which all seem to be happily growing towards the 15 super-white LED's mounted on the lid of the fruiting chamber(extracted from Christmas lights, ofc). Fluffy also thought it would be good to mention that he is working with 3 cakes of Cambodian, and 5 cakes of B+, even though it barely makes a difference.
Before we move on to some questions, here are the photos

Possibly a mutant? It grew super bulbous and then "exploded" into an almost popcorn-looking mushroom a day later.

Anyway.
1. On one of the cakes, little tiny hairs are forming at the base of just one of the mushroom pins... Is this an indicator of anything troublesome in it's environment?
2. When bruised, the pins and mycellium turn nearly black, would that be a sign of good health/potency?
3. As long as the humidity is maintained with spraying a couple times a day, is it okay that Fluffy has a fan operating in the same room as the FC?
4. According to the pictures, do the pins look healthy? Floofy can't tell whether they're a little wet/dry, or if that's exactly how the pins should end up looking.
5. Are LED lights okay just as long as they're in the bright-white spectrum of light?
AND LASTLY.
Here are some pictures of the other jars which, aren't nearly as happy as the 8 in the chamber. No worries, all holes on these jars are taped-off and Fluffy will probably dispose of them in the forest, or by dumping them in a trash bin somewhere.
B+ mycellium slowly eating away at the treacherous Trich.

B+ mycellium attacking bacterial infections in a jar of nastiness.

Thank you all for the information, love, and help.

Not directly, no. My usual methodology of misting is to just spray the air 2-3 feet above the cakes and to let the water mist down like a light early-morning rain. Every so often I'll get the spray bottle about 1/4" to 1/2" away from the perlite and mist it just to boost humidity a tad, but water never sprays on the cakes while doing this. I just mist until they look moist, but don't have any standing water.
Thank you for the welcome. My best guess is that it's a mutant because similar fruits on the same cake look a lot better. The three pictures are actually all from the same cake on top. I also don't know how much you can tell from the picture, but the cells on the side actually can't take the swelling and therefor the mushroom kinda ripped open on the side.
