Early pinning

Hey guys, long time lurker first time poster...
So I've taken 3 BRF jars and spawned them to a 'manure based mushroom substrate' purchased online from a sponsor. I spawned them on new years to 3 separate aluminum foil trays, its been 2 weeks now, and unfortunately I made one fuck up:
One of the aluminum foil trays got dented on the side, allowing for a significant airflow increase, resulting in early pinning:
And here's one of the two trays that didn't get the extra air:
(I should note: the temperatures in my apartment can drop to about 65f (even with the mycelium colonizing near my heater), which is probably why it has taken so long for them to colonize in the first place.)
I discovered the early pinning 2 days ago. Since then I duct taped over the extra airflow in the hopes of stalling the mushrooms growth. Should I continue with this method, or should I call it a casing, mist it, and birth this tray?
If so, I'm assuming I can't dunk a not-fully-colonized for an hour like I would with a fully colonized substrate, right? Just spray and pray?
Also, side-question: While I trust the sponsor I bought the manure based substrate from, it was advertised as sterilized. Whereas their casing is advertised as pasteurized... Shouldn't it be the opposite for casings and substrates?

it's pinning "early" as a survival strategy because it's unhealthy. I doubt it has much to do the dented tray.
65F is just fine, if you made that tray on new years it should have been fully colonized by the 7-10th. it doesn't really look colonized at all.
you can't use sterilized manure for anything, unless you keep it sterile. which means spawning in a SAB or with the use of a flow hood

a mushroom like that either means not enough FAE or it has trich inside.. just from my experiences.
what kind of chamber do you have? can you post a better pic?

Bodhisatta: 1. Wouldnt 65f be about 15f lower than optimal colonizing temperatures, resulting in a slower colonization? Or are you saying it wouldn't be that much slower?
2. As mentioned above, the "substrate" was bought from a particular sponsor. (I'm sure if you google "manure based mushroom substrate" you will find it) They advertise the substrate as sterilized and the casing as pasteurized. Without re-hashing the difference between sterilized and pasteurized, are you saying this sponsor is selling them backwards? (e.g. I should use the casing as spawn)
Mushboy: 1. Isn't FAE exactly what I don't want during colonization? Build up of CO2 and all that...
2. I haven't fruited this tray, so no chamber yet. I just use a regular SGFC, though. Here's another pic of the tray:

i didnt know you had it in a sgfc. thats good.
i was just saying a mushroom that grows like that is either a. no fae during fruiting, or b. sick substrate.
chances are its B

1. most of my grows have been done in the mid 60s
2. don't buy premade shit, and most of those websites are known for having misleading and wrong information
1b. gas exchange during colonization FAE during fruiting
