The best for recalling a memory?

hello. I have one lost memory from like 16 years ago (I was like ~8 years old) and I really want to "live" it again or to remember it better (i have only frames from that moment and i want to view them more clear). what do you think is the best natural psychedelic to consume that will help me(if there is any)? actually this specific memory made me spiritual and into psychedelics and if you are interested you can read it ahead.
my memory i want to recall: when i was a kid I went to bed one night really late. and as i passed near the window to my backyard i noticed 3 aliens standing there. they were bright pink and jsut standing there. i was really scared but managed to calm down and went to sleep. (as i was little kid i didnt really do something about it.) I am a healthy person (both physically and mentaly) and have never hallucinated something nor imagined something like that. i am not schizophren and never had something like that before or after thats why i think its so reall. i am not a troll and you can consider it as a joke (but its not)-just answer my question please.
thanks!!

Some people have reported memory recall with salvia. For me personally I can't recall half of the experience most times so idk...
I'm also interested In this for that reason, I want better recall of smoked salvia experiences.

Sinicuichi would help recall memory I think. Or maybe it was damidagga. There is an enthenogens that is used to recall prenatal memories. I think it is one of these two I hope someone can help clarify

Have you thought of using mushrooms?
My first trip ever replayed all the 'major' events of my life from I was a little kid to today. Covered a span of 30 years in a few seconds.
I find that I can re-life my memories sober but a little pot helps too.
