Salvia divinorum is refered to as intoxicating mint.

Quote from Erowid :
Lagochilus inebrians (Intoxicating Mint) (Labiatae) has long been used for its intoxicating and sedative properties by Tajik, Tartar, Turkoman, and Uzbek tribesman. It is taken as a tea.
Pretty damn rare stuff. peace
