Well yet again I got contams in like everything. Heres a few pics of a couple jars.

Not sure what it was but it was a brownish yellowish liquid ontop. Maybe yeast?
So I selected one that was best looking.

This one also had some sort of contam. The surface of the agar looked dry and flaky almost. I know you Cant tell in the picture, im sorry.
But I switched to bods petri tek. I like it better I think. Even though its more time consuming. Well see what the results are next week.
NOTE the source of the contam was determined to be a newbie mistake.... I have a trash can I threw a couple bad dishes into and never tookit out. I have since run 2 humidifiers in my incubation tank with bleach, then flushed them out, and cleaned my work are very well.

Man that stinks Is that your last culture there?
If so Your only left with two options really.. 1. start back with spores.. Or 2.Your going to needa pour more agar on top that dish, sandwiching the bacteria and mycelium in-between, Wrap it back up and 'scratch' not cut the first bits of myc you see poking up thru.
Edit
Does that plate only have a bit of agar in it? Looked at first as if the myc was swimming in a pool of bacteria.

Okay so first off, I'd like to thank everyone for the advice and support, also I would like to apologize for the shitty update the other day. Have a lot going on. So apparently I cant count. 5 dishes with 3 sectionsis fifteen samples, not over 20. However i did do transfers of ksss and blue meanie that night,it was a long night lol.

Heres my dishes if contams pop up after this idk what im going to do. Reevaluate my life prolly. My blademanship is getting better (been using daggers on skyrim as of late to increase this skill) and the transfers are getting more precise and in the middle of the dish.
In regards to comparing this TEK to pastys prepour, pastys is easier, this is more time consuming, but I feel safer about my dishes. If that makes sense. We will see the results from this and compare them.
Have a wonderful sunday guys!!!!
