Does phenibut or other NMDA antagonists help reset kratom tolerance even when the withdraw is over? Very eager and excited to get my receptors reset again!

Fill me in here, how hard is kratom on the body, neuro, physical, mental, etc.
there is some withdrawl to it?
Is it good for pain and lethargy and shit.,
I'm dealing with lyme disease, i want something to help.

Word on the street is phenibut potentiates kratom. I can't vouch for this personally but if tolerance is a problem, a little phenibut should give it a little boost. I think the only thing that is going to 'reset' your receptors is time away from kratom.

I would say it is in between cannabis and coffee. If you are eating tons if it daily it may not be the best but at the same time some people fighting serious addictions take 20-30g a day and it is certainly much healthier then heroin or hard alcohol and the many other harmful things people are addicted to. Kratom is actually very medicinal just like cannabis, and becouse people eat it it is even more beneficial in some ways.
Withdrawal wise I would also rate it between coffee and cannabis, it can have some physical and mental effects if you take too much of it too regularly but it generally doesn't last more then a day or two and is usually pretty mild if even noticeable. Some people are exceptions especially if they are switching from another addiction but like Is said it is very medicinal and much more beneficial then the things people replace with it.

IME, the withdrawal (from 30 grams of good kratom a day) was just 3 days of anxiety, headache, sleepyness, some minor cravings and a general shitty feeling. Not too bad, it was the worst the first day and got less and less the following 2 days, back to baseline by day 4. Very mild w/d.

Its very possible to stay at a low dose, btw, if your using it for pain and not to get high. White vein Maeng da will help with the lethargy for sure, and red vein bali is great for pain.

I take a few spoonfuls every morning and I haven't noticed any tolerance build up at all. I'm not really looking to 'catch nods' though so I may be happy at where others want more..

Pretty much what they said. Great for pain and mood. Low doses would be what you want for energy and pain. Higher doses is where its opiate effects mainly are. Do research before you start. The WD isn't that bad. I was even taking daily doses of over 25 grams a day ( very high) and using for three years, the withdraw still wasn't that bad. It did linger for over two weeks though. Phenibut helped out a lot along with Kava Kava.
I recommend alternating between phenibut and Kratom during the week. Take one for two days then the other for two days and cycle. It will keep tolerances down on both and prevent WD ( you REALLY don't want phenibut WD!!) Phenibut has pain killing effects and does provide good energy especially when taken with caffeine.

Sometimes it definitely helps with headaches but depending on the kind/ cause it could make them worse depending on ow much you take.

I think it's great, not taxing on the body, but will cause WD's. Also, I would get moments before I dosed in the morning where I saw something almost like a heat wave you see coming off the asphalt when it's hot, then once I dosed that went away, it was for a brief moment only, and didn't happen all the time, but I have heard others mention this, so think there's something to it.
As with any substance, it can be fiendish, but I think this depends on how often you dose, how active you are, and what you're using it for. I found that by taking a dose without capsules, that I ate a lot less eat day. I had worked my way up to 20-25 grms a day when taking capsules, but when I switched to taking a teaspoon at a time, I cut that dose in half or less, so around 8-12grms a day, and that was hitting me much harder than capsules. My stomach doesn't produce a lot of acid, so I take a while to digest things, so think the caps were really screwing things up. Also, I do some form of exercise everyday, and this helps your brain produce endorphins (natural opiates), which will lower the amount you take each day.

Yes, and they suck, but through a proper taper, and possibly some assistance from other substances, they can be alleviated some.

Yes.

No vendor sharing allowed aside from sponsors. You should eedit your post or a mod might.
Also considering you have 2 posts it seems very possible you are the vendor trying to advertise
The prices are better then I expected at least but 120$ could be better for a kg, there are sites selling em for 75-100$ for some very good quality fresh leaf.
The extract seems pretty cheap though, I wonder if it is any good.

I didn't even realize we had sponsors here, which do you recommend?

I think WSS is the only sponsor I have used. Many are a bit overpriced IMO but at least they are reliable generally though we have had some come and go over the years. You can find a sponsor list somewhere.
I wish one of the better priced kratom vendors would be a sponsor.
Maybe I should talk to one about it...

I believe they would have to re start the banning process if they intend to proceed as before.
Pretty sure they called it off for the time being. Who knows though with Trump anything could happen.
If people stay active and rally behind it enough hopefully it will stay available for those who need it.
Worst case scenario if it gets banned country wide a medical kratom system will spring up before long I imagine. Let's hope it doesn't come to that though as it really deserves a lot of research and making it illegal will just slow things down to a standstill.
