Pasteurised coir substrate sitting for 2 weeks in P.C

Hey all
I made some coir/verm/gypsum substrate in quart jars and pasteurized in P.C for 15 mins. I haven't lifted the lid off of the P.C for more than 2 weeks and wanted to know if I should a) P.C for another 15 mins b) throw away substrate and start new (which could prove wasteful and time consuming if unnecessary c) add more water to the substrate but keep the mixture without throwing it away (I have not opened the P.C so am not sure if moisture levels would be affected, jars had foil wrapped over the opening).
Thank you for any advice

15 minutes is not long enough for pasteurization, people usually go an hour or longer. You may want to consider the bucket tek or just using a big pot.
You do not need to pasteuize CVG anyways.

If you PCed the coco in the jars you sterilized it. which is the awesome thing about coco. or did you steam the jars using the PC as the vessel?
they would need longer then 15min if pasteurized. sterilized will last awhile tho..properly pasteurized last awhile... hydrated in a bucket for months will last awhile.

it has been sitting in the jars for over two weeks, will this still be suitable to spawn the rye grain?

I didnt steam, I pressure cooked it with the lid locked on :-) Thats good, I can still use it then, was worried about it losing moisture or if the substrate would have gone bad. Thank you for your replies :-)
