This jar has been consolidating for almost 2 weeks, I noticed some yellow spot in the jar, is it contaminated, discoloration, what???
and this cake is halfway colonized and its been over 2 MONTHS, and it hasnt finished colonizing but developed blue spot, is it bruising?

The first looks like the mycelium is fighting off some bacteria, nothing to worry about too bad.
The second does in fact look like bruising to me.

Wow two months is extremely long, you made your mix way too dry from what I can tell and the mycelium just couldn't finish colonizing it fully. I'd birth it anyway and see if it'll fruit. Better yet, cut off the uncolonized portions and crumble up the colonized cake to a small tray of CVG

All of these pics are nasty shit.
First is lots of bacteria. The others are 2 molds meeting each other.

what bacteria is the 1st one, its yellow spots on the side of the glass jar not directly on the cake, and will the cake still be able to fruit???
the yellow is the only thing wrong with the cake, i birthed one that looked the same but without the yellow spots and its started to progress in the fc.

Not only the yellow spots but the difference in morphology of thick and thin myc on the top half of the jar giving off a cottage cheese look.
Almost every grow, especially for new people has bacteria going on and still get fruits. So it's really no surprise that you have possibly bacterial jars progressing in the FC. Honestly if you look up my posts I always recommend new people to try the bacterial jars and toss when they inevitably mold out.
My main goal is to help people find bacteria, so they know what to look out for, because basically every mold will only germinate if there's bacteria in there weakening the myceliums defense network enough for germination. Clean mycelium can easily ward off competitor mold germination IME.
So if you do fruit these bacterial jars, keep an eye on them and toss at the first sign of mold, or else it'll spread like wildfire.
