There's nothing illegal or schedule one about sterilized brown rice and vermiculite.
Email does look kinda fake.

I don't see how simple brown rice flour and verm. can be classified as a schedule I substances. I think that email is not legit either.

I don't think microgram scales are watched. They are just hella expensive (for a proper one)

Glassware is most certainly watched but there is a big difference between glassware used to make meth or something and a dozen pint jars from your local grocery store.

I can't see how adding 2 legal items to these jars could make it illegal. There is tons of places that sell these, and shroomery sponsors too. I'm certain they all pay their share of taxes and declare their income.

@ OP

Seems like it could be a competitor, I have a feeling as the email looks fake, if not, I would still try to challenge Amazon on the matter, cause that is bull shit. Unless you are selling jars that you have injected with illegal spores then there is nothing going on here violating any laws.

It's definitely a competitior. Amazon would remove the listing themselves if it was real. I just looked on amazon, there's tons of people selling these jars, even with pictures of colonizing mycelium in the jars. Those adds would have been removed too if amazon was cracking down on that. I also just tried to google if jars are actually schedule 1 and could not find anything about that

There's no way jars are schedule 1 and there is no way that their purchase is monitored, even sterilized ones used for mush growing. Not a chance.

If thats the case I have absolutely no clue how bongs arent illegal. Bongs can be used to smoke anything, just as sterilized jars can be used to grow anything

Here's my theory. Amazon likes to cover there ass, so even though your jars arent illegal, they're not allowing you to sell them. Just like they pulled almost, if not all, kratom listings

This basically.

There's a list of like the 10 weirdest things banned on Amazon I watched on YouTube. One of them was a shirt that said "I love [some German scientist]" who wasn't really affiliated with the Nazi party but Amazon pulled it for that reason. Like he was the guy designing doomsday devices or something

Amazon got complaints, they're a large enough business to heed complaints and not lose much more than a few dimes. They don't care how valid the complaints are. They care about the distant potential of trouble. And anyone claiming their vendors are selling illegal products will definitely have them hopping.

Take note that its the Controlled Substances Act.

That is, by law, only chemical "substances" are scheduled (for the most part). I believe there are three "plants" in the CSA.

Its because an extremely powerful drug is extracted from MHRB, what do you think would happen?

maybe people were using it for dyes

I just think people posing images of their brf jars colonizing on amazon is stupid

mushrooms can get pretty powerful, too

Yea well Good Luck explaining to the DEA that your just using 'MHRB' for dyes as you have all the chemicals needed to extract the damn bark right infront of you.

I get it about the mushrooms too, thats not far down the road from being banned IMO either.
However, the difference between mushrooms and MHRB is MHRB is imported from South America, and mushrooms grow everywhere in this world.

I mean, the only thing seperating a PF jar from being illegal is some spores.

PF jars have only one legit use: spawning cubenis spores.

And PF has been on the internet since the 70s, im not surprized the DEA finally caught on.

They are watched, even buying one off eBay gets you put on some kind of watch list

Other mushrooms can be grown with the PF Tek jars I believe. Portobello is what they used in the RR Vids irrc.

yah, but its like the MHRB and dye thing. Sure, some people use MHRB as dye, but MOST people use it for DMT extraction.

Is a bong really for tobacco?
