I'm almost certain these are Panellus Serotinas but I wanted to check before I stir fry them up for dinner. Do they still look ok to eat? A few are darkening around the edges but I could cut that off.

Are they safe to eat if I stir fry them up? They smell fine. Just earthy and maybe slightly sweet. Are they going to taste terrible?

Well thanks for weighing in guys. I ended up cutting off the more aged looking parts, stir frying them in some butter, garlic, Italian herbs, and wine. Tasted great!
