From a neck injury, to constant migraines, to bleeding out of my right ear for the last week....

.....to not being about to get out of bed yesterday my head hurt so bad, and every now and then I woke up from shooting pains in my right ear. My ride cymbal is right next to my right ear and I don't wear anything to cancel out the noise, but I don't feel like I play often enough for this to be the issue. I fell off a table and wrecked my leg and neck when I fell, and have been having so many head and neck issues since. I went to the ER, a physician monthly, and a neurologist about 8 months ago. None of them do a damn thing. I have requested xrays, MRI's catscans, and I have good insurance. No one will do anything. The bleeding from the right ear started about a week ago, and now it's coming out a brown color, and last night was the first time it actually hurt, but it was like someone was hammering a nail into the side of my head.
Suggestions?

Could be an inner ear infection of some kind. I only say that because of the brown discharge.
Buuuut... have you not had any kind of MRI or X-ray done on your head since the accident? It sounds like you may have fractured your skull.

I had two intense head/neck injuries within a year. Both I can't even go into detail about without shuddering.
The first one I was intoxicated and refused testing of any sorts, and when I went back the next day they thought I was fishing for pain pills, said my nose was definitely broken ( it's a different direction now ) and I probably had a concussion and told me to head out.
Then second injury I was at work and I wasn't supposed to be standing on the table that tipped over so I just didn't go to the ER from work, and I was tired and just went home and went to bed. Since that one all hell has been broken loose from lucid dream nightmares, to sleep paralysis, to sleep walking, to just on going pain. Maybe I am just looking for an excuse for aging and not coping with it? I really don't know. My physician mentioned a neck xray, then just handed me pills.
I went and saw a neurologist and she blatantly said judging by my......jesus I lost the word for a solid minute......"cognitive behavior" I had signs of head trauma and brain damage and recommended a different medication, said she would send the results back to my physician, and my physician is either a quack asshole, or she didn't do it ( the former is more likely ). So in the morning I'm going to find a new doctor that's connected to the neurologist I saw and see about getting an xray or catscan or what the hell ever they do at this point. What can even be done if it's been this long though? I just noticed the blood last week, and figured I itched it sleeping or something, but now it's like I have a dream that coincides with the pain and bam I wake up stumbling to the kitchen to do nothing but just stand there confused with nothing or no one to be like hey yo. Maybe cabin fever and mold in the house and that's it? I suppose that's what my physician thinks, as he keeps giving me the most random fuking meds I have never heard of.

The biggest thing in all your symptoms that concern me is the head pain and the ear bleeding. It could also be a compound of multiple things going on.
However, even this late, if you fractured your skull there would be signs of it. And thorough testing would also be likely to reveal brain damage, if there is any.
Yes absolutely go to another doctor and if they blow off you and your neurologist's recommendations to threaten to seek legal action if they don't preform any tests. Brain injury is serious shit, and malpractice involving it is pretty serious shit too.
I'd say you HAVE to be sure to rule this problem out before you start spectating about mold and whatever else.
