Pretty much exactly the same. Plumbing PVC, metal rack, hole in the top with a meat thermometer. Just learning what temps I need to get to, to get it to 140-160'F range. Use a sleeping bag around it to keep in the heat.

Nice.

Firstly, I never sterilise. I pasteurise. I got a design off here for a bulk steam pasteuriser. Basically a 160 litre tub, with a power steamer. Rack inside and can fit a good 20-30kg of sub in there. Going to test it out tonight for the first time. Hoping it works. Will eventually move to a more practical, commercial setup for the straw etc

I guess we live in a visual world, here is a picture. Wagner power steamer. Think this is the modal. I cut the nozzle off the steamer head thing, used gasket silicone to attach it to the inlet PVC pipe. Use a bit of duct tape to make sure it is secure. It isn't pretty, bit it works.

Only thing is it is a 3litre tank. Going try mod it to have water feed in, cause I have to refill it twice for a pasteurisation cycle. But I must say, in a pinch, it works ok. Need a lower rack, can only do about 20kg wet sub.

I got two of those in my attic. They worked great on getting that wall paper off. How big of a tub can that support?

Well, I wouldn't see why it wouldn't work for something twice the size. Would just take a little longer and you'd probably need to refill the tank 3 times. Since you have 2, rate it will be able to do a 400 litre tub with ease.

the rooms looks excellent man. if you were doing just cubes, i'd agree that mono's would be the most logical. however, given that you're also doing edibles, its great you have two rooms designated for each & that are versatile enough to compensate the different growth parameters, so trays definitely seem best. not to mention, you're already committed to it! props mate
