New Grow Room - Nearly Complete. Need some pointers 1

Yes, I'm a complete noob and yes this was rash of me to do...but anyways. Started growing in Feb, did really well with monos, so immediately planned a grow room, lol. I've had so much shit with my builder, it isn't even funny. Going on 11 weeks to get to this point.
I hope the videos are ok. It is 3m x 3.2m room, still need to seal everything properly. Got ducting and a 4 inch silent blower for FAE. Got a 6 head fogger, that pushes out 4 liters an hour. Got a small HEAP for the intake duct. Not sure if the 6x 6500k bulbs are enough light. If not, can add a few waterproof LED lighting strips or change the light fittings. Got a Day/Night Humidity and Temperature Controller with Timer, got a timer for the lights. Will have 10x 5 level shelves that can hold 2 trays per layer. The spare room will be for storage of jars and bags colonising. It is 3m x 2.6m. Will be doing inoculations in there with a SAB until I can afford a 24x48 flow hood.
Thoughts? Anything I'm missing or should consider?
Fogger will go into here, in the corner.

keep it simple
TranscendingLife and I had a grow room for monotubs (the environment is controlled in the tubs) and you can stack tubs high.
you have plenty of light.
doing trays on shelves will work well but yields are better just stacking monos unless youre also growing edibles then keep the FAE up and humidity above 85% for most species and youre golden.

Just find trays easier to manage and harvest, verses unstacking 20-30 monos.
Unless there is more effective way to maximise yields verse space used?

Yeah, plan is to be able to grow Kings, oysters, black poplar, maybe some Reishi eventually. Thanks for the input 13

Looking dope dude.
I agree with 13shrooms. Like I said before though I would try and calculate your BE/avg yield per tray and figure how many you can fit in your provoded space. Then figure an estimation of max capacity. If it falls below what a mono should push out and how many you can fit/stack, I would stick with the tubs.
Either way this is definitely a super dope space and I think it will serve you well once you branch into edibles/medicinals.

For sure, just think that for the first few grows, BE/Ave yield is going to be pretty shit, until I can get isolates growing. Ultimately I want those wall to wall fatty PEs growing, like I've seen that the TC's have grown. Time and effort I guess. I could always save on the shelving and use the 15 odd tubs I got lying around, as well as shelving. Do a side by side test.

Shelves and trays are great. The great thing about growing like that is less sub and spawn is need to fill it up. 50qts of spawn might pack that room to brim with trays all over. Very the 300qts needed to fill it with 50 monos.

What I would give to just have the space like the OP. Would be cool if it had a hidden entrance.

Will go bags for edibles for sure. And yes, edibles is where the money is...When you have a grow room 10-20x the size. In a place that size and 90 days of cubes... The money could be erm..A lot.

Very nice looking grow space. I have never done anything that big with trays, only a 5x7 ft plastic greenhouse. Excellent results, though.
tump is correct, filling up that same space with tubs is great but requires a lot more substrate. I did a room your size with 33 tubs and it was a lot of work....

Forgot a few things:
What type of shelving are you running again? I'm not sure I understand from your description. Based on the type of shelving, it may work with your existing lighting, though it might not be a bad idea to run waterproof leds along the walls. Cheers

Something like this. Think if I space them correctly, should be ok.

You should be fine. I've fruited in scenarios with much lower lighting with no problems. I've had many tubs that were over-incubated do much better with almost no light. Cheers

Firstly, I never sterilise. I pasteurise. I got a design off here for a bulk steam pasteuriser. Basically a 160 litre tub, with a power steamer. Rack inside and can fit a good 20-30kg of sub in there. Going to test it out tonight for the first time. Hoping it works. Will eventually move to a more practical, commercial setup for the straw etc

^How does that pasteurizer work? I built one out of a wagner wallpaper steamer and a huge igloo cooler a while back and it worked very well. I drilled relief holes in the lid and it never warped or anything. Cheers

Pretty much exactly the same. Plumbing PVC, metal rack, hole in the top with a meat thermometer. Just learning what temps I need to get to, to get it to 140-160'F range. Use a sleeping bag around it to keep in the heat.
