Noob Mistake! Contaminated Spawn to Mono

Hey guys,
I think I messed up. so, I was at the spawning stage of the Frank's 12 Steps to Shrooms (a spore-to-shroom bulk tek for beginners).
After 15 days all the jars were 98% colonized, like the only 15 grains of brown rice remained untouched, sometimes not next to other un-colonized rice. just chilling by them self touching the glass, looking dry. By the looks on these jars some rice was not nutritious maybe, at least that was how the myce was treating the solitary rice kernels. 18 days. little to no change. I took my 6 one quart jars that were very full (in hindsight, i will only do 3/4's full in the future) and shook them as hard and as long as I could carefully opened each one with my face mask/surgery regalia. and took a deep, deep smell of each jar. They smelled beautiful, like fresh mushrooms. OK, so I spawned to my tub, and cleaned the kitchen, grabbed all my empty jars and began to put them in the sink and smelled them one more time, but my heart pounded. 2 of the 6 jars, in the bottom of the jars has a faint sweaty sock/BO smell. in addition to the smell, I noticed that the jars rinsed with a milky/starchy residue. Through out the colonisation period I shook the jars twice, each time the jars recovered beautifully.
It's really too late now, I only have one jar left over which I will use for G2G to make more.
What exactly do you experts think this contam is? What do you think the outcome of my Mono will be? thanks! Cyber

if you had uncolonized grains in the bottom of your jars they were likely bacterial. We can't help much without pics.

Ok, so what I was able to uncover using the careful sorcery of a well crafted Query is limited, BUT! some people suggest that what i am experiencing is most likely a mild bacterial contamination. This is not as bad as a fungal one. I may see some fruits and may not have a problem at all but also it may totally fail. at least its not Trichoderma!
Please some one gain say me....

Thanks Ben! you are right, unfortunately i didn't think of that and have already rinsed the jars. all i had to go off of was the smell. any way it was on the sides and 3-4 grains on the bottom of one jar. one thing that stood out to me was that the possible contaminated jars, when dunked, the media dripped a milky starchy water, where as the jars i was confident in the water ran Cristal clear.
BTW, that's a DopeAzz flow hood.

thats OK man. Unless your tub turns into a real mess you could still harvest some fruits, although bacteria always paves the way for molds and it should be tossed as soon as you see green. Just keep your eyes peeled next time. If you even suspect 1 jar is bad then toss it, its not worth losing a tub over.
