Help in ID'ing mushrooms part 3

These were all found on my property in the Bay Area..or within a 1/4 mile from it. All photos were taken yesterday.
They were found under oak and pine trees and also in wood chips. Some were also found around a now running creek (the creek was dry last week).
I couldn't get any closer photos of this one. It was on the side of the creek and growing on the mud wall. So I would have had to stand in the freezing water to get to it. 1) 2)  3)   4)  5)  6) 7)  8)  9)  10) 11) Helvella dryophila 12)  13)  14)  15)  16)  17)  18)  19)   20)  21)

idk what grows in California really but here we are and to get it going:
1 Might be Lactarius rubidus. 2 Looks like a Lepista, taxonomic updates notwithstanding. The cap texture is saying so but it is only my vague impression. 3 The gill margins of Tricholoma dryophilum bruise that way. Might be that.

I am just learning to use my field guide and here are my best guesses to i.d. your photos.
1. Russula rosacea - No offense TI, but definitely not Lactarius rubidus. I found a ton of candy caps yesterday and they look much different. 2. Could be an old clitocybe nuda in which the color faded, or it could be some sort of lactarius 3. Cortinarius? 4. Hygrophorus chrysodon? 5. white chant? Probably not, but the photos are a little unclear. 6. Peziza badioconfusa 7. Hygrophorus? 8. ? 9. ? 10. ? 11. Helvella lacunosa 12. Suillus 13. ? 14. Bolete zelleri 15. Suillus 16. Panaeolina foenisecii 17.

1) Probably some kind of Dermocybe (Cortinarius). Not Russula or Lactarius. 2) Clitocybe nuda or Cortinarius 3) Tricholoma dryophilum 4) Cortinarius 5) Hygrophorus eburneus 6) Otidea 7) Appears to be an Amanita 8-9) Inocybe geophylla group 10) Could be Galerina, Mycena or Marasmius 13) Entoloma, did it smell like bleach? 14) Xerocomellus dryophilus 15) Suillus pungens 16) Psathyrella 17) Maybe Hypholoma fasciculare, hard to say what color the spores are 18) Inocybe 19) Maybe Pholiota spumosa 20) Psathyrellaceae
Sorry for not being more specific bet that is a hell of a lot of species to key out and you didn't provide any information.

May I ask what's a good California mushroom (and plant) field guide? I looked up a couple of them on Google, but I'd rather trust the opinion(s) of those who use them.
Is it against the rules to ask if anyone knows of a general mushroom photography and/or pick and identify group/club gathering? I think it would a fun learning experience for this mushroom n00b.
Nearly all of the mushrooms I photographed were wiped out from yesterdays storm. All except for "19) Maybe Pholiota spumosa"...maybe another 100, or more, popped up today. I'm sure by Saturday there will mushrooms everywhere again.

My favorite guide right now is Mushrooms of the Redwood Coast.
There is a gathering forum but I'm not sure how long it takes for new members to have access to it.

In case you want something a little less pricey, there are some older field guides for the west coast that are worth buying. All That the Rain Promises, and More... and Mushrooms Demystified are both good reads. Some of the names in them are outdated but they still do the job.
Mykoweb can be useful as well.

I just received the Audobahn field guide for Christmas. I don't have any other guides to compare it against but I can already see that it is missing several key West Coast species such as Lactarius rubidus and Cantharellus californicas.
