Fruiting Chamber Conundrum - So many choices

So.... to make this as quick and simple of a question as possible.
I have done a lot of reading on the forums and feel that I can successfully get a PF jar to colonize and such but have coming around to picking a design for the fruiting chamber. The main limiting factor is stealth. (sorry if this is getting to be a long post, as it's my first time posting on here)
I was thinking of getting a gallon bucket and utilizing a humidity dome from mycosupply. The biggest questions i have would be what medium should I use to keep the humidity consistent, about how much should I use and if there would be a better way of doing this.
I'm well aware of _OttO_'s tek/method but upon searching for bucket styled fruiting teks, IME, I can't find something doesn't involve bulk spawning. (I could just be THAT lazy though)
Once I get a design picked and such, I will start my journey of becoming a fellow cultivator

I've seen the bottle teks and would like to use that as a last choice. Nothing against it, just want to look at options is all (:

Like, putting the fruiting chamber behind a futon kind of stealth.

Moreso a choice of keeping it away from prying eyes. I have a corner of my room that I can put the chamber in. I also have an idea to do a mix of _OttO_'s setup and the PMP. not sure if that's a good idea

Would you guys advise against the chronic tek of putting PF cakes in a very slightly modified quart sized canning jar?

You posted this as soon as I asked that very question. I have a pressure cooker and small half pint jars. Just want to figure out a fruiting solution.

Please know that I'm aware of more efficient options than what I'm listing, I'm simply trying to figure out a system that would work with my work schedule.
