Monotub - slight Yellow brown color

My pins have a slight yellow brown coloring, I thought maybe it was due to them drying or becoming too hot. I am using the 50/50 coir tek to case my rye berries. I have a few jars cased and two small Tupperware. They all are in my monotub which my temp gauge said was at 81F at one point. The coir looked dry so I misted quite a bit and I also moved where I had my led light strips so the tub wouldn't get as hot. Hoping things will still turn out well! My other bottles have been good with almost the same conditions, but they never get as hot as 81F! Also I didn't dunk the rye berries after birthing just case and mist then cover with foil for 10 days. Thanks!

Looks like salty coco. Ive heard its not necessary to leech coco for shrooms. If you didnt because someone said its not needed i would have anyway. But just my opinion. Its def. Not bacteria. Nice berries down below!

Well first off (most of) those are not pins (as far as I can tell, pictures are poor), looks more like rhyzo mycelium reaching up. Second it's brown because of metabolites. Probably due to either bacteria or drying out.

Rhizomorphic evasive growth followed by damage. Competitor or nutrient. As mentioned the coir may have toxicity, or contamination.

If at first you don't succeed, try again.

Thanks for all the replies! I will try again for sure. I still have this going and the rhyzo mycelium reaching up is quiet tall now, but you are right they don't look like pins.

Looks like a type of coral fungus. It's contamed and won't fruit.

Yeah it was supposed to be Cubes, Albino. This happened the last time I tried to use the 50/50 coir Maybe it is from not flushing before using... oh well. Thanks all!
