I wish the legal system punished criminals by hanging them and cutting their heads with a guillotine but for severe crimes like rape, pedophilia ect. and 5th or 6th DUI or more than 3 felony's in 2 years or something or 3rd strike shoplifting and stealing. I also with they cut off hands of people who steal like Aladdin has made me believe the middle east is like. Public lashing would be nice too. A legal system that instead of sucking money from and creating criminals would cost very little money to enforce and make society better. But then try to take power and money away from the police That's why I mind my own business.

Does your shed being broken into sound appropriate? What about your little sister tricked and sexually touched my an older man when she was 12? These crimes could be a thing of the past! Erase the tenancy for crime and everyone can live a productive life.

Prosthetics. A sign a man who stole is a different man. But he must bear the mark to
I probably sound so fucked up. I just wish there were no beggars hunger crime or police and theft and everyone was good.

Someone on their 5th DUI doesn't need their life taken. They need real, working alcoholism counseling, and their vehicles taken from them.
Many people here are 3 time felons for stuff like marijuana possession or having guns. These people don't need their heads chopped off, nor their backs whipped.
Extremism in punishment changes the game, but it doesn't eliminate violent or sexual crimes. The happiness you'll derive from seeing a few people get what they deserve is far outweighed by the damage such a system does to the justice system overall.

I just hate how the cycle of police and jail keeps those fucking whitetrashniggers right back in there a week later because their too stupid to even come up with good hustle. And the police are just getting richer.

What's it gonna take to get everyone on the same page and living productive lives and everyone working and everyone living excellent lives with no crime.
I didn't put much thought into what a society that treated their criminals would actually do. But I have the thoughts and wanted to share them out loud to see where I am,
I also drive through our cities and see a bunch of fucking bums that could use a kick in the pants back to work. People abusing and using the system the fact that theres a system at all. I feel alot of things and probably under stand much less of how the world actually works and am probably w.

You don't think police get rich relative to their socio economic status in societies where harsh punishment is the norm though? Organized crime, government bribes, unjust courts are common in many locales where this stuff is the norm.

I guess the fact that not everyone has to be on the same page is one of the small details I am missing. Freedom and free will and the fact that people want to be free. To do whatever they want no matter how criminals lazy stupid or whatever it is they wanna do, do. Or something. Am I making any sense?

I guess that means that you have 100 pecent confidence in the police as well as the legal system? From where you sit the system is totally infallible?
I often wonder how many truely innocent people have been killed or are currently in prison rigbt now.
Remember, a government that can legally justify killing can justify killing you.

I respect that. But they ALREADY have the power to take a life and no recourse. Niggaz across the US getting killed by governments murderesses and state goons that will never be found if you mess around enough or complain enough. They'll erase you and your family will boo hoo and you'll be quiet after they kill you.
just try it, go upset the police enough see if they don't kill you without even a slap on the wrist.

I heard this on the radio yesterday
I hope you'll have access to BBC radio. Listen to this programme and see if you feel the same.
"Peter Pringle was sentenced to be hanged in Ireland in 1980. Sonia 'Sunny' Jacobs was sentenced to the electric chair in the United States in 1976. Sunny was accused of killing two police officers at a highway service area in Florida. Peter was accused of killing two police officers in rural Ireland during a botched bank robbery. Both had their sentences commuted to life and were later exonerated of their crimes. Peter and Sunny spent over 15 years each in prison for crimes they didn't commit."
As long as you have wrongful convictions state sponsored murder is abhorrent.
Alternate link if the above doesn't work.

They should be punished to which the crimes they committed. Therefore, if you raped a small child and then smashed his/her head with a giant rock and decided to dismember their body, then the same should be done to you.

Please. Cops are people who were too stupid to become gym teachers. As long as you ain't the average low life hoodlum negro you are free to do whatever drug trafficking you wish. I've been pulled over with eyes dialated to the point of invisible corneas and had a spare tire full of dope with no problems. I was 20 miles over the speed limit driving on LSD and he gave me a ticket for 80$. Be nice, don't look dangerous, and the pigs will love you. They love it when you kiss ass.

NO! THIS IS NOT HOW IT WORKS! The pain you inflict on a child by raping them can never be compared to raping a grown man (probably wants it anyways) who rapes the pedophile? the kid? no. SO NOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT WE HAVE TO DO YOU FUCK? WE HAVE TO HIRE A COURT APPOINTED RAPIST TO FUCK PEDOPHILES IN THE ASS? IS THIS JUSTICE? IS THE MAN UNRAPED IF HE WAS EVENTUALLY PROVED INNOCENT?
fuckin idiots the lot of you
have you never heard about an eye for an eye? it does not work that was literally the most primitive law system ever created in human history!
