The only pan with a ring is Panaeolus semiovatus which is inactive and doesn't bruise.  These are likely cubensis.

It can still print.. you can see the purple in the gills. Some type of psilocybe, nevertheless, and looks pretty active. You can swab it if you're hoping to eat it/them and don't want to wait 24h. Just run a qtip or sterile swab gently down the gills starting at the stem and working your way to the outside of the cap.

Very nice specimen... please find more and get more pictures for us!
