10-14 grams per flush. typically 3 flushes, and the fruits got bigger every flush. not necessarily better yield per flush, just larger fruits. 1st flush
 2nd flush
 3rd flush

plus, fucking easy to harvest. just get a big ass kitchen knife and whop em off.

Nice. This year I plan to grow mostly APE. It's good to see decent yields are possible.

yes dry.
for sure. ive done monos and minis and never seen the same results for ape as i have with bottles. i think its a result of the long time from 100% to fruiting. normal subs lose that much more water content and fail to deliver on good ape yields. that and the fruits are so small that they dont do much to improve the microclimate of the tub like normal pe or any other cube does. so, in the bottle, they get a bit more coddled, a bit more protected from the elements.

I had a bunch of neglected KSS plates. They'd gone in vitro on me. I swabbed new ones to agar, moved some tissue, dropped pin cluster tissue on some plates. Took base of stem tissue off the tallest which was a couple inches long and wrapped around the inside of the pint pp5. 24h and tissues are taking hold looks great.
Kind of making room on my shelves and making more plates ready to use Decided to get a little sexy on the last fresh cubes I'll eat for awhile.

Mushroom butt.

No picture but I'm making some BRF quart jars to finish this bag of BRF and bag of verm. Just going to use LI with a plastic lid, 1/4" hole with micropore tape. I don't care much.. something will come of it and it's something to do while I wait on bulk.
Don't wanna forget an upskirt..

Quart jars with 2:1:1.5 BRF for three KSS cakes, one is gonna be some saprotrophic species, probably allenii, and just dunk it for 24h and shred it on a cheese grater and sprinkle on my planters.
But yeah I noticed I can make easy sterile water in glad mini rounds if I use 3 layers of tape and a paper towel. I lose almost nothing, and can just poke right through.
Mad scientist shit to stay busy while I wait on tissue cultures to work themselves out. May as well make some cubes while I wait to go bulk I guess.

If it grows on your land does it still count as cultivation....? Had a very successful Hunting Trip today! Got a fair few Pan Cyans and just one MASSIVE P.Cubensis. (The biggest Cubensis I've ever found!)
There was so many Pan Cyans in some spots I'm really keen for what the next few days produce!!! Saw quite a few new pins aswell!
