can i still use these for spawn

so i made a couple cultures on pasty plates colonized then inoculated some wbs with them in my sab. i used 3 pasty plates for 6 qt jars i come back two days later and one jar had myc pushed up against glass and had brown gooey ....something on it. only one spot has it and only one jar i used the same culture for atleast 2 other jars, theyre coming along nicely the brown hasnt spread. im worried i have more cultures should i make a couple backup jars?

Ok its the food coloring from my pasty plate that is getting eaten off my myc under it yay

That looks like agar stuck to the side of the jar. I had one just like it, except it was purple. Just give the myc time to grow.
