Favored method for culture testing

I have 8 different master grain jars that will be 100% colonized In a few days. What's your preferred method of testing these clones before I bulk spawn them. I have a stack of tubs setup for monotubs, no green house capabilities.
Mini tubs in my monos? Bottle Tek? (Never tried before), or just turn them all right in to 5 more jars each and run 8 monos?
I never tested the clones I picked, the first good clusters that developed in my MS monos, I snagged the largest ones. But they were still babies when I picked them. I didn't let them fully grow out first.
If you have a better option then what I listed, please share

i would either try a coupe ways or simply test them the way i intended to fruit the winners, i've found some cultures simply do better in certain settings like say it may do absolutely great on the pf tek and not so well via monotub

It doesn't matter what i think of you...all that matters is clean spawn I'm tired do me a favor

i always do shoeboxes inside of monos. same environment since i do mono tubs so ill have a good idea of what to expect.
i know that if you do bottle tek the more bottles you have going the better so it would be hard to test a single jar without doing a bunch at the same time... or use a mini mono

Fruit each in a mini mono. Then take the winners to a mono

Thanks you everyone, since the end goal is a mono, I'm going to try to find trays that fit in the monos I already have.
I would like to keep the spawn ratio 1:2 or higher, should I still go with a 3in sub depth for the trays?
