Mono tub substrate spawn question. Jar problems :/

my friend has been doing this a while and he ran into a problem. i gave him a couple ways to maybe fix it no matter my complete lack of knowledge in the situation... i just like to use common sense.
So hes got 7 jars ready to mix to substrate (1:2 ratio). He uses Franks proper Pasteurization Tek 3.0 to take care of his substrate however he is broke and out of jars. Can he shake the 7 colonized jars and put them into the tub, then use those jars to pasteurize as fast as possible, then when cooled properly mix them in the mono and everything will be ok? i guess the real question is can he leave the shaken up fully colonized seed sit in a tub for about 12 hrs then be able to mix it with the sub with no issues?

What substrate are we talking about? Coir? Manure?

maybe use something else besides jars to past your sub.
pillow cases.. larger containers.. anything else YOUR FRIEND?!?! (dick) has laying around? be creative but leave your colonized spawn alone.

Maybe put the fully colonized spawn into a 5 gal bucket with a lid or whatever you are using for a monotub after you lysol and wipe it out? Probably your best bet given the situation
