Best Method for Drying & Storing P. Gallindoi Stones

I have several jars of fat p. Gallindoi stones in the closet, many have been growing for 10+ months.
I want to get these puppies out of the jars and safely stored for long-term use. Does anyone have a good method for prepping stones for long-term storage?
I've read that drying the stones whole leaves them indigestible & therefore less active, and read that they are very difficult to powder once dry unless you have a commercial grade grinder.
So is it best to food-processor-chop them when fresh, and dry this to powder? Or would vac-sealing fresh stones & freezing be a better route?
Any tips & tricks on how to best store these are welcome!

You could dry them in a dehydrator and grind them with a coffee grinder to powder. Vacuum seal the powder for long term storage. Keep it at a cool place.
I have frozen some fresh vacuum sealed stones without problems. It takes more space than storing them dried and you need some space in a freezer.

Thanks for the response. I have tried grinding dried stones & they are stubborn as hell! Ended up with rice-sized pellets that wouldn't get smaller. Ate them & really feel that they were diminished in potency. I`m hoping to find a way to get the powder consistent & actually powdered...
How long did you store the fresh frozen stones?

Are you sure that your stones were completely dry? Residual moisture is the main reason for potency decrease. You have to dry them as fast as possible. And they need to be very dry. Hard as a rock. I did not have problems grinding them. This and the lower potency seems like you did not dry them properly.
I stored them for about 8 months. I am pretty sure they would stay potent much longer.

Yeah, my first round were just air dried on a paper towel. Very hard when finished but I imagine residual moisture may have been trapped inside. I have a dehydrator now so I`ll slice them thin and dehydrate before I grind them next time. Thanks for the feedback!
