I check the jars every day and today I noticed yellow spotsm are they metabolites? Should I be worried. No contamination whatsoever in 13 days and today I see this.

I want to say metabolites or some related indicator of stress. The grain looks too wet to me and the mycelium looks like it might be struggling.

I would watch it. But it looks like metabolites to me. Not much you can do other than monitor.

Is it a sign of contamination?

I just shook the jars. How long will they be at full colonization? And my room never gets above 82degrees. Can the myc fight it over?

It's not a lost cause. If it completes its colonization, you will be able to spawn it. G2G isn't great with a jar like this, but you could try it if you wanted (I wouldn't.) Sniff the jar when you open it to gauge how bad the damage is.
Mycelium with that thick, puffy, cloudy look is not ideal. I've had mycelium look like that when my grain is too wet, and it lets bacteria get a foothold more easily than usual. If you agree that your grain may have come out of your prep too wet, then I would check your grain prep next time.

Thanks man. Yes the tek I followed someone told me is out dated, I soak 24h with gypsum and simmer for 10m. And I think Cronicr told me that I should soak for 12h and boil for 10m. Do you agree?

In my opinion, 24 hours is a bit much. I aim for 8 to 16. However, the grain being too wet is not related to soak time. You need to drain your boiled grain well and then let it steam off excess moisture until it is dry enough to use.
RR's rye tek describes this process: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/5819102#5819102
I follow his tek, but I found that my grain was still coming out too wet using his tek by the book. So I have an extra step I do - after I let my grain drain off in the colander, I spread the still-hot grain across my kitchen counter and let it steam off for a while like that. Sometimes just a few minutes, sometimes I leave it for hours. Better a bit too dry than too wet.
Also check out RR's post about the toilet paper test for verifying that your grain is not too wet: https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/6505669#6505669
