Do these cakes have a fighting chance?

Hello All,
Once again I call upon this great community for hope and answers. I had these grain cakes in since the middle of November and I'm just trying to see if there's any hope with these. If not it's ok, we all know I failed a few times before due to contamination and not pressure cooking for over an hour but now I have a flow good and I've cleaned up my methods. Just want to see if these cakes from my flawed method have a shot.
Happy new year

Doesn't look good.
This has nothing to do with the way your cakes look but you could use more holes in your SGFC. Are there holes on all six sides?

Ah, they don't look so good to me . I'd wait for a more reputable person's opinion though.

I'll spray and fan every 6 hours and I'm waiting for my 100 watt CFL bulbs to come on for a twelve on twelve off cycle

This does not look like Psilocybe cubensis mycelium. I would call this a contaminant fungi. They appear to be bruising brown and not blue, which is another indicator of contaminant fungi.
Do any of the cakes bruise blue? Give them a good poke for science, then report back.

They don't look good. What are they? can you link to the guide/tek you used?
It looks like you just colonised jars of grain and birthed them, maybe with some verm on top of the jar but not throughout. This is not advisable, not sure if there is any tek saying to do that. If it is pure grain you could have left them in the jars and cased them on top.

I used that guy with beard who looks like bob Ross. They are just straight grain cakes no verm. I guess I'm screwed if some of the viewers thought it was verm on top lol.

That guy is RogerRabbit AKA Marc Keith, and his videos are legit. But you did not follow them. Its like you have confused PF cakes and grain jars.
I thought I saw what might have been verm on the lid at the base of the cake, but it now looks like grains that fell off.

the video you posted did not show him birthing grain cakes. If you can point to any other video you found showing to do this then please post it, maybe some other youtube video shows this, but not his.
he has a series of videos, he shows how to make PF cakes (a mixture of brown rice flour, water and verm) and he would have a video showing those being birthed and grown in the way you attempted. But it seems you made cakes of pure grain, which are unlikely to fruit using that method.
Sometimes they can give off fruits but usually it will need to be cased, or mixed with bulk substrate.
Here are some miserable shrooms growing off uncased pure grains.

Below are pure popcorn grains at the bottom and then cased/topped with verm after they colonised.

So with grain, do I just use trays? I don't use a birthing technique ? I guess I was confused , how do i fruit grain jars after colonized?

yeah, most use trays and mix with a bulk like coir or verm or a mix. It seems you have tapered jars if you were able to birth them, so you could make PF jars/cakes in the future.
Some of those jars/cakes look like they were screwed from the start, some might have not worse over time, but one in the top right looks like it has grains that never colonised and were likely bacterial from the start.
Are you using agar at all? If you have no agar and no intention of using it them PF cakes would be more suited to you, they are more forgiving if using multispore syringes with no agar.
If your grain jars are questionable instead of birthing or mixing with bulk you can leave it in the jar and case the top like I did, it is not the most efficient use of grains but is simple and you should at least get some shrooms, even if the grains are a bit dodgy.

Is there anything out there that shows this mixture of coir and verm? Anything provides ratio\method? Have you ever heard of willy myco? Thank you for taking the time to help and share some insight with me
