My wife is a dual citizen and grew up in Britain for half her life. Her accent is mostly American though, but when she's around her Mom or extended English family it can slide into an English accent.
I have no real insight into the question though, because she's both English and American at the same time, pretty much to the T. Her habits and personality are a broad mix I guess.

I will say that America and Canada are pretty large places and have multiple areas with different personality types all over. I don't know England too well to comment on whether it's the same there or if America/Canada has more personality differences abroad though. It's not just areas they grow up in, it's ethnicity and family and all that too.

I live in England but my accent kept getting mistaken for being Scottish or Irish by every North American I spoke to except one that thought I was from Australia lol. Might be because I live near Newcastle and have the geordie accent which sounds like a mix between classy english and shitty scotish and maybe some Irish because a bunch of Irish people migrated here at one point soon there's a big community of them. Cheryl Cole has a pretty strong geordie accent in case you never heard it. They did really love my accent though which I didn't expected because I always thought everyone hated the way Scottish and Irish accents sound but apparently it's considered one of the best sounding accents which is very odd lol. A lot of people I spoke to preferred my accent over the normal english one.

My old friend is a Geordie. She lives in London now.
I remember I met her when she first came to the US about 6 years ago, she was absolutely delighted with how taken most people seemed by her accent(especially being from Northern England- I can safely say that you can be about as trashy as it gets in the UK and people will still fawn over your accent in the US - not to say I think the Geordie accent is trashy at all, I thought it was lovely - but you can be a typical Chav and in the US people will still swoon) - I went with her to NYC for the first time to show her around as best I could and she got us into restricted areas of the Metropolitan Opera House just by charming people with her accent.
We decided at the beginning of the trip I would shut up and keep quiet as much as possible and pretend to be British too, and phew, watching my fellow Americans bend over backwards and trip over themselves at the accent was hilarious.

True anyone can be a dick but there's a difference in culture and the majority will have a similar mentality. When I visited Turkey it's fucking impossible to talk to a girl on the street and mind you I was only trying to get to know new people so I wasn't doing anything sinister. They're very conservative and not very open and everyone says the same. I knew someone who got kicked out in a club for asking a Turkish girls number. If you can't talk to them in a nightclub what makes you think it be easier at day time in a coffee shop? Most Turks believe sex before marriage is wrong so no way getting laid in Turkey and btw I wasn't even planning to do this either. In the west it's no where near like this. A lot of it might be because Turkey is a very conservative islamic country.

Hes asking about the differences specifically. He wants to know the cultural differences between girls from three nations. Hes not asking which ones are the biggest "dicks ect."
Hes asking about what makes them different.
Would asking the difference between guys from Canada, America or the UK sound rude at all?
Asking about what all women have in common around the world would be talking about the sex.
Asking what women of different cultures do differently is in no way talking about the sex. Ofcourse they can all be a "dick ect." thats not what hes asking hes asking what behaviours make them different.

You picked like the most Slavic looking example of a Canadian girl you could possibly find for that.
This is a more accurate representation of Canadian girls:

If it's based purely on looks I'm gunna have to say America wins on that only because of California. I'm not sure why but it might have something to do with them looking after themselves and being good looking is more important in their society. They certainly looked a lot more healthy and fit than the ones we have here and a couple other place. I do have one problem with girls in California and that's some of their accents. I think it's called the valley accent which just sounds annoying no offence although some do suit it and I sometimes find it cute. I've also been to Florida a few times when I was young and New York once recently and they still have a lot of good looking people as well. They ain't got shit on Eastern European girls though.

There are some attractive woman in California but they're often undercut by a shallow personality. The woman I've interacted with in Canada, mainly Quebec, have the looks and personality going on. There's just more of a sexy European influence there.
