Happy new year shroomery!
So what are you resolutions? What are you determined to do or not do?
I have set myself the goal of not drinking fizzy drinks like diet soda. Plus I want to start to focus on my studying.

Some good choices. The studying one is popular and definitely worth the investment.

My New Year resolutions:
1. Keep eating very healthy foods. 2. Keep soda and fast food intake to once in a blue moon. 3. Keep eating smaller portions then I think I need to eat. 4. Keep working out several times a week. 5. Keep on being a fuckin' boss at life. 6. Keep making music and having fun. 7. Get in touch with friends more. 8. Try to help others more.

The only one I really care about is to stop drinking. I also want to get my diet in order, but I feel like if I cut out drinking, diet along with more exercise will sort of happen naturally, so I am just focused on not drinking right now.

Yeah already I haven't had any fast food, other than once right when I came home hung over after NYE. Did have one hotdog today, and some bacon. I'm actually able to stay coherent enough to cook myself a meal. I just gotta cut out shit greasy food, soda, and liquor and I will be significantly healthier.

I've actually been considering looking into a BJJ gym myself as my original dojo is on hiatus. Not sure whether to go the Gracie route or 10th Planet.
Beyond that though, I've dubbed this year "the year I get shit done". I'm terrible at time management and don't really utilize my time the best I can. I also have a bad habit of taking classes and doing well, but not truly absorbing or processing most of the content. Going to work on that as well

My two main resolutions are NO kratom, or very little on a very limited basis(once a week, once a month?), And to quit vaping(I can do that with weed if I tried, its during work that is what gets me)
Couple more that I thought of, no caffeine(went 1 months without) in December, but have had a couple the last two weeks.
Get a GF, which im knocking this girl out the park right now..I just don't know if she is truly my type or not she is a little bigger but is pretty cute. She smokes weed, but nothing else. Drinks alot. I hinted the psychedelics to her, and she did not seem intrigued which might be a deal breaker. Time will tell.

All you gotta do is not go to the liquor store. Make sure that when you eat healthy it tastes good and your not forcing yourself to eat bland leaves.

Yeah it was a little dicey today when I drove home from work. This is my first sober friday in forever. Just weed and kratom, the cleanest I have been in about a year. All day at work I'm just like "wtf am I going to do? gotta drink on friday, I earned it" but I didn't go to the store and I am glad.
I'm eating pretty good, just cut out fast food. I still have the occasional soda and I have been binge eating chocolate before bed every night, but I'm trying to cut myself as much slack as I need to make sure I don't drink.

I've slowly accumulated a ton of terrible, money wasting habits. Smoking, drinking, smoking weed, kratom, fast food, caffeine, going to hell, etc. I'm constantly on edge from withdrawing on whatever substance at the time, and sometimes I just look at myself in the morning with disgust at how many habits I have to take care of to feel normal.
Wouldn't it be nice to just wake up and go to work instead of waking up and rushing to weigh out kratom and make sure I have cigs and rushing to make sure I have time to stop at a store to get a monster and smoke a cig so I'm ready to work. Then spend the first half of the day starving cause I drank all night instead of eating and the last half of the day anxious to get off work so I can start drinking and suddenly decide I want to get high and driving buzzed to buy some weed I can't afford just so I can waste my life watching netflix by myself, until I pass out and wake up feeling like shit from 13 hangovers and not enough sleep or whatever.
What. The. Fuck.
I really need to change my life, and I don't think I can wait until next year either.

Yeah I mean I have been doing great with krat. I take 1 level tablespoon every morning in some water and I am good for the day. I have been much worse, in the pretty recent past, so for me I feel like I am doing great managing my habits, but the idea of being 100% sober is almost unthinkable to me. I hope to get there tho. Just try to keep making positive steps and don't give up on yourself.

Man that sounds rough.
It would probably behoove you to be miserable for a week and deal with this shit head-on; not to include going to hell? what do you mean by this?
if you are going to hell, it is only because you are trying to get there.
Exercise has helped me in so many ways; do what you can...even if it's a lil. use exercise as your new drug.

I believe you can do it! Eating the chocolate sounds normal as your body will be used to empty sugar calories from alcohol, it's also a sugar addiction too. Keep on marching!

Ahh I fucked it up. I guess the snow is a huge trigger for me I love drinking in snowstorms. I'm still happy with myself for making it most of a week and I'm not giving up. At least I cut my intake significantly.

I quit smoking cigarettes. I have a 220 wat mod though so it wasn't that hard. I'm not smoking anymore cigs for a while.

You will have to try harder next time.

Mount Everest? You'll need to quit smoking to climb a mountain otherwise you will struggle to breath and what not.

Definitely not that one
My lung capacity is decent despite being a smoker but quitting would definitely help

It will! If it seems to hard I guess you could just cut down at first. There are various smoking aids available now, on prescription or from the chemist to buy.
The main factor is motivation and of course...plenty of chips.

Umm I like the sound of watermelon. I have used the vape pens once or twice in the past, you are better off not getting into it, save yourself and just quit all nicotine.
