I have been battling depression for what seems like forever. I have been prescribed everything under the sun pretty much. I am a firm believer that the earth can provide what I need .. that hope/ belief that there might be an answer to or a relief from my head space. So basically my question is simple.. is there a fruit best for depression?

I have OCD and anxiety issue since i was in kindergarten or earlier..shrooms take the ocd and some anxiousness away for about 2 weeks to a month or more sometimes...lsd for only a few days...but as far as fungi..most have the same effects on serotonin so couldn't say for sure..some have more baeocystin in them..yet some people report having issue from the strains that are higher...cubes always seemed to help though no matter the type...not saying the voyage leading to the temp recovery were always the easiest..sometimes gotta let those demons in to beat em...sorry i got into a rant..

I recommend being careful. I know where you're coming from. I've dealt with severe depression off and on throughout my adult life and at times it has literally become debilitating. For about ten years I was perscribed every medication that you can think of for depression. It helped sometimes, and othertimes it just felt like it was taking away from life. About five years ago I stopped taking medications and opted for healthy lifestyle changes instead. I started working out a lot, eating well, changed my friends group, spent more time in the outdoors, and meditated regularally. this didn't cure my depression, but it helped me cope.
As for using psychedelics, BE CAREFUL. Yes, it is *possible* that psychedelics can turn your depression around for up to 6 months or even a year, but you're rolling a dice. It could also cause some sever issues. I personally am a major proponent of psychedelics, but when I'm depressed, I never use them as a hopeful cure from my depression; instead I stay away from them until I'm feeling better. The one caviot would be microdosing. Consider microdosing LSD at 1/16th of a tab every other or every third day. This is sub-threshold. Do this for up to a month, and take a month off. If you feel ready for it, go up to 1/8th of a tab on the same schedule, but be very careful and keep the effects sub-threshold.
Best of luck my friend. I hope you find what you're looking for.

Maybe low dose mushrooms and focus on your head/body. There may be stored up toxicity/emotion.
I find mushrooms extremely cleansing in this regard.

If your seeking to use mushrooms and other natural psychedelics i'd recommend microdosing rather than tripping. The uplifting introspective effects from psychedelics can highly defer from person to person so if your willing to give it a try always take precautions.
