I have a loph with about 9 or so pups on it how do I go about removing and replanting each one without killing them all?

if they are too small to root you could graft them, then wait until they are larger. I haven't had the best of luck trying to root lophophora, other cacti is pretty easy though.

The larger the pup the better to raise chances of success. Can we see a pic to assess? Small buttons do root ok, it is just lowering the odds, the longer they take the more prone to drying out too far. For rooting, remove with a clean cut, allow to callous well, and place atop a dry coarse medium. Keep somewhere warm and in say bright shade, not full sun. They can be easily lifted to see if roots are starting to form, and when they are, give a small drink. Timescales for roots could be a few weeks if they are feeling lively, or more likely a few months. This time of year I just leave any calloused cuttings in a south facing window and check on them in spring when it is time to move them outside and rearrange the greenhouse/do repots.

If you want to propagate it, I'd recommend unpotting and get a better view of the best way to remove them. The pups on some of these growing forms do like to put out their own roots at a young age even when still connected to the main stem. They are easily detached and potted up separately as small clumps.
These came from a similar plant and rooted in pure tesco cat litter under a cfl through winter:

If they are growing in this way, a similar method applies, remove, give some time for a callous to form, and any disturbed roots to heal, then pot into a dry coarse medium, waiting a further while before a first watering.
