Soil or probably soil and dung i couldnt really tell if it has decaying wood or not so lets not rely on that :laugh:

No mica granules. I think its in Coprinellus sect. Domestici, but Coprinopsis might also be an option?

Axtually theyy have some sort of granulation on the cap, is that what you are talking about? They're just small and mighht not be that visible in pictures.

Its a different kind of veil than the mica granules found in Coprinellus sect. Micacei which contain such species as C. micaceus (And others). In your collection the universal veil on the cap looks like flocculus patches while in mica granules are more like tiny white shiny particles.
