I doubt he cries during sex.
He did have his wife get a breast reduction so he could grab her breasts easier though.

I think what they're paid is appropriate. Anyone in the major spotlight doing their job should have enough money to afford a life where every average joe in the world can't get to them begging for autographs and what have you. Could you imagine if Peyton manning had to live among the general public, dude would never have a free quiet moment to himself again

Some athletes should be paid way more. Such as in MMA.
Those men and women deserve millions at the top levels of the sport. They routinely keep competing even after having bones broken.
Watching althletes do the flop is the most embarrassing thing to see.

People who dont like sports are usually feminine or never got laid in highschool..or from Canada
yes, the people that dont want to see muscular men, padded up to look even bigger, wearing their tight little capri pants, reaching between the legs of other men to grab their balls are the ones that are gay. show us how they all slap each others asses if you could
Coming from a massive politic fan who would rather watch Fox news
I've never actually watched fox news, I dont read fox news, I suspect you're someone that believes that Bill O'Reilly is a newscaster and not simply a political commentator

I'm not much of a sports fan but I enjoy a good game from time to time. I'm not from a place that has a "home team" so I guess I can't really relate to people that are. It's often something that families enjoy together. That isn't bad.
It's like anything else, the people who get way too fanatical and hateful about rivalries or whatever are the stupid ones. There are plenty of sports fans that aren't stupid and shouldn't be made to feel that way about what they enjoy.
Blanket statements are pretty fucking stupid.

1. Something to talk about. 2. Something to do. 3. Something healthy to funnel emotions into. 4. Something to take pride in. Your home team doing good gives you a reason to brag about your city. 5. Most people played the sports they watch as a child, and/or young adult. They love it because it was a huge part of their lives at one time or another.

I have enjoyed college football/basketball, UFC/Boxing, cycling, olympics, car racing, and soccer from time to time, but I don't follow sports like some people do. Sports can be entertaining, but I wouldn't call myself a true sports fan.
I would rather play sports, than watch them.

Yeah you're right. Let me correct myself: Being a sports fan is not pretty fucking stupid. Not at all, so long as one takes it for what it is, and that's just entertainment.
Where it becomes stupid, IMO, is when someone takes it too seriously and allows it to affect them emotionally. And I'll be the first one to admit that I've been guilty of this forever. Non-sports fans will be dumbfounded as to how something like that can happen over what amounts to a game, but believe me, there are an endless number of sports fans who know exactly what I'm talking about.
It's silly, believe me I'm well aware, but it's very, very prevalent in the sports world.

I was a strength coach at the university and high school level so I think my take is interesting.
I dislike watching sports unless i have a dog in the fight. I coached boys that never had a barbell on their back to squat 300+ and loved watching them slam into unprepared players on the field, made my fucking day. At the college level it was the same shit only everyone at the d1 level is monstrous. Regardless, teaching them how to hit harder was a highlight of my career.
I can not just sit down and watch a football game, it's not entertaining. I would be up at 5:30 AM in the weight room with athletes training everything from jumping mechanics to how to toss human beings around. If I dont have a player I worked with to watch, I dont care.

see this is the shit i'm talking about
http://detroitsportsnation.com/videos/ddrysdale/watch-cowboys-fan-fights-packers-fan-following-green-bay-victory/88913/
In the link above there's a video to a fight that went down yesterday after the Cowboys/Packers game (between a Cowboy fan & a Packer fan of course)
It's a game, people. It ain't that serious. You're fighting over dudes playing a game. A game. Dudes that these 2 drunken brawling fans will never, ever know personally. And they're fighting some other guy they've never seen before and will never see again, and basically because the other guy is wearing different colors than you, lol.

That's sad but the NFL does work hard to keep that shit from happening. People who do that shit aren't real fans.

I don't know, man. Good question. I think a lot of people are born into it (or around it).
I know this one dude though, dude I grew up with who I used to be real good friends with (we're more acquaintances now) -- his entire identity & life is University of Alabama football. He never attended the university. Shit I don't think he's ever even lived in Alabama. But it's his entire life, man. It consumes him. And their football program has been utterly dominant in recent memory, so whenever they do lose (which is rare), the guy takes it as hard as if he lost a loved one. For real. And he looks down on fans of other teams as if they're completely inferior beings -- you can just see it in his face and by what he says that anybody else is basically a peasant in his eyes
Dude wanted to fight me once because I called him a bandwagon fan (meaning a fan who becomes a fan when the team is really good).
He revolves everything in his life around the games. Everything. He literally quit a job once because he would've had to work during the games. The top priority in his life by leaps and bounds are the games -- like I swear to God this guy would seriously consider skipping a family member's funeral if there was a big Alabama game on at the same time.
All over a game and a team that he has zero association with other than him waking up one day and declaring himself an Alabama football fan
How did he deal with their recent loss?

Lol I don't know but I'm guessing that he at least considered suicide a half dozen or so times since that night.

Sports are one place where the bullshit only goes so deep, at the end of the game theres never a disagreement about who won and whos right, very cathartic.
