Can I still use this manure substrate?

Back in June I was experimenting with CVG + field aged horse manure 2;1, and I was trying to get the hang of proper pasteurisation and ended up with a bunch of bags of substrates which I did not use.
I know a lot of people here say to give it to the plants if you're not using cause the micro-biota would have been f'ed in the A.
The substrate is in oven bags, they were not air tight but not fully open either. The bags were packed neatly in a cotton shopping bag and then that bag tossed in a tote storage container. The storage contained was kept in the dark in a cupboard for 6 months.
The bags still look like they have moisture, judging from the condensation on the bag, so I think heat is being produced and bacteria are present.
It's been 6 months and I totally forgot about these bags and I was wondering if it's possible to pasteurise them again and use them as substrate ??

I can't think of a good reason off the top of my head that you wouldn't be able to simply repasteurize... It's possibly though the bacterial colonies that remained in the poo and proliferated while in storage are of a lower heterogeny and may not be as useful to the myc, but I've also seen successful sterilized grows, so you don't have to have a huge variety of bacteria in poo for it to support myc.

From the little knowledge I have on composting, condensation on the outer surface means there is heat and if there is heat there is bacteria. I assume 6 months is enough to generate both bad and good bacteria
I have some clean jars and will spawn them to it and see what I get

This site makes me over think but I think it's just the monotonous tone that online forums have
