Hey guys don't know cacti very well so thought I'd ask is this trichocereus pachanoi (San Pedro) and if it is how do I prepare it?

I can't ID it but that's a beautiful flower! Try the etb gardens forum

This thread was moved from Other Drugs Discussion.

Reason:
I believe this would belong in The Ethnobotanical Garden forum. General (psychoactive) cacti threads belong in The Psychedelic Experience forum, by the way.

That first picture looks kind of cereus because it's thirsty. Give it some water.
It does look like an active Trichocereus.

My Pedro's will get like that even when I've given them plenty of water.
I think it's because the main branch is giving up water and energy for the pups and flowers.

True, you're probably right. Mine haven't gotten quite that large yet, but the biggest one does get pretty skinny in the heat.

Don't worry I found 1 myself can post if anyone needs but it very easy to find so we all agree this cactus is active? My last attempt from a different specimen was unsuccessful
