Flammulina sp SW OR coast?

Grows off a rotting log on Oregon coast. Looks very old. These things are always so stunning and pretty when I see them, so I'm guessing they're toxic. Spores were tan.
I'm super allergic to weird shit like some antibiotics and natural colorings so I don't want to touch or get too close. I got a few swabs and they all came tan, and surrounding pins looked like psilocybe azurescens and ovoideocystidiata pins. The fact that they looked like possible psilocybes from a far distance is what drew me to it. As I got closer I realized it's too late for anything active to be looking that good in this fading season.
What is it? Please and thanks.

Edit: Side-by-side pin comparison. Flammulina is pic #1, pic 2 is brick red / ruddy psilocybe azurescens. Pictures taken 9 weeks apart, same location, about 10 yards away on its own mat.

First ones appear to be Flammulina sp.
Not Galerina at any rate.

I thought Flammulina for the first ones, too. But if the spores are tan?

The brown on the swabs might not have necessarily been spores. Dirt and rot and shit, the river tends to flow up into this spot before going to the sea. Otherwise they'd be white right? Could've been dirt. With my allergies I'm at a ten foot pole on things I don't know. I'm guessing the swab just got dirt and turned brown. I really should carry nitrile gloves when I'm out. Even honey fungus does something weird to my hands and forearm skin.

Found a picture of Flammulina velutipes. Dead ringer. Thanks guys.
Would need microscopy to confirm but I'm not eating it or ever going back so eh..

Check this fly shit out.
Quote:
In 1993 cultures of Flammulina velutipes were flown on the Space Shuttle Columbia in order to determine how the mushrooms would handle low gravity. Like many wood-inhabiting mushrooms, Flammulina velutipes typically bends its stem near the base, then grows straight up, resulting in a cap that is more or less parallel to the ground--presumably so that spores will fall easily from the gills. Aboard the space shuttle, however, the mushrooms got confused, growing out of a simulated tree trunk at all angles. In other words, they lost their balance. Whether or not this result might have been predicted by any tenth grader, and whether or not funding for this experiment came from public sources, are questions I will leave to the reader. I will simply point out that, at about the same time, the United States decided to "end welfare as we know it," because it was too expensive. See David Moore et al. (Mycological Research 3: 257-273).
