Cobweb or PO myc?

Spawned some blue oyster grain to pasteurized straw a few days ago. This growth appears more to be cobweb than oyster to me, especially for how quick it has grown. Any confirmations?

Cobweb. Look how it sort of poofs out vs. spreads out, like mycellial arms reaching for more nutrients

Any way to salvage these buckets? I'm in southern Oregon and it's freezing at night so not sure if there is any way to keep it alive outdoors.

Take a pic again in 8-12 hours so we can see the growth rate. Not convinced this is cobby. Oysters can be much more fluffy looking than cubes IME

It is looking much more like oyster now, the growth slowed a lot because I moved them into a very cold room in the house in case it was cobweb. I just moved it back into my warm room, I'll update with pics in another day once it's sped growth up again

I don't think that is cobweb. Oysters colonize fast too.

Just put two of them into fruiting, other one looks a little off. I don't think I have any other option with my living space than fruiting these buckets in a monotub. I've heard monotubs don't get enough air exchange, so am thinking I'll spray the tub and fan a couple times a day. Anyone think of an easier more successful way to fruit oysters indoors?
 What do you guys think about the growth on this one? Part of the growth is rather grey, but other than the color difference it still looks like oyster to me. Haven't seen such a variance within mycelial growth before though. Can't get a great pic with my camera, sorry

I'm sure someone can point you to a tek, but I'm going to say you're best bet would be to get some holes in the sides of those buckets, and take the tub off.
Before you do anything though, wait for someone better equipped to answer!
Good luck on your journey, I'll be keeping an eye on this thread.

There are a few holes on each bucket I think the top off all the time would reduce moisture too much. Maybe left a little titled would be good. I'm considering having a fan on near the tub or even pointed at it maybe.

Awesome!
You're definitely going to need FAE.
I quoted this the other day, from a much older thread originally:

Pleurotus ostreatus Spawn Run:
* Incubation Temperature: 75* F (24* C) * Relative Humidity: 85-95% * Duration: 12-21 days * CO2: 5000-20,000 ppm * Fresh Air Exchanges: 1 per hour * Light Requirements: n/a
Primordia Formation:
* Initiation Temperature: 50-60* F (10-15.6* C) * Relative Humidity: 95-100% * Duration: 3-5 days * CO2: <1000 ppm * Fresh Air Exchanges: 4-8 per hour * Light Requirements: 100-1500 lux
Fruitbody Development:
* Temperature: 60-70* F (10-21* C) * Relative Humidity: 85-90% * Duration: 4-7 days * CO2: <1000 ppm * Fresh Air Exchanges: 4-8 per hour * Light Requirements: 1000-1500 lux
Cropping Cycle: 3-4 crops, 7-14 days apart, over 45-55 days.
As you can see normal colonization takes place at higher co2 ppm's and less air exchange. A small hole in your jar lid with filter disk meets these requirements well. It is only when you initiate pinning and go into fruiting that you want to increase your FAE. Tao
I want to say that table is from "Growing Gourmet and Medicinal Mushrooms" By Paul Stamets, perhaps someone else can say for sure.

Update:
One of the pots has started pinning! Few spots on the top and lots of pins out of the drainage holes.

The questionable pot looks even worse and appears to have something else growing, if it's not really weird mycelium.
