I got my own yellow emerging from a block HWFP sterilized and supplemented with alfa alfa pellets. Don't get your yields though Hugo.

Your yields are more likely due to genetics, supplementation, and surface area for "pins" to form. Your gold oyster eggs are putting out a decent amount of pins, cap size, color, and texture is good, so RH and misting is an unlikely cause.
Try making a 10cm x 10cm X or just mixing up the size and shape of your cuts in general to see how many primordia your strain and substrate can make, and how many go to fruiting.
Anything other than alfalfa to supplement with? I didn't get great results when I trialed it as a supplement.

Here are the yellow morels so far
Youngest
Bag 1- same age as bag 2
Bag 2

Any thoughts on what to do with them? It’s about 70-75F in my fruiting roommnow, so I was planning on letting at least 1 bag go until fall, then mix up in some jiffy in trays. Also considered putting one or 2 bags in the fridge for the next few months, then putting into fruiting (mix with jiffy in trays) once things are cooler in my workspace. Or should I spawn it all to an outdoor bed in fall and check in spring?
