It's thanks to you my friend! I got this culture from you when I first got access to the marketplace and was starting out. This culture is my favorite to run and it's aggressiveness kept my mycological spark alive through bad trips after which I've trashed everything and contamination outbreaks that discouraged me and had me second guessing my ability to pursue this passion. So truly thank you!

@Hugofly, Needs more water, those look a bit dry, at this stage (I do all stages when fruiting) you can spray them with clean water (loves the rain). The other thing Golden oysters like is the sun (Should be called Sun oysters IMO), I believe this is to do with blue-uv light.
Otherwise perfect job dude, keep it up and good returns.

Thanks for the advise. I never thought that they look dry, the RH is 86-89% (I have an ultrasonic 12x head to keep the RH high) and 2 times per day I use the nozzle/sprinkler system for around 20 sec. Maybe could be the pic that they look dry, no?
Cheers

It's access to water, in this case the only water available is the water in the bag. In nature, substrates are replenished or can be higher than 66% total water, due to rain-other. Other sources include rivers and lakes, so on, which can maintain higher water levels than say an isolated area of land (or a bag) with only access to rain.
Since enzymes require around 50% water in the media to operate, most of the fruiting water potential will come from elsewhere. The mycelium cannot go under something like 35% water in order to fruit prolifically and uptake key nutrients.

Dialing in Golden oyster will give you key data.
Good luck.
