Beech are pretty good. Light in flavor but a little nutty. Great addition to savory sauces. These just got fruits, definitely needed to a little while ago- alas the FC was down at the time. But 5 month colonization time just isn't practical to me. You can see which way the light source was for them as well.

I mean, the first ones I put in were a month and a half ago but they didnt have near the pinset. This is my first run with them, but Solarity has a bit more experience with them and told me they take quite awhile.

I went away for a week and put these blocks of pink oyster outside. I checked on them today and cut them free of the bags

High 50s low 60s during the day 40s at night of it dips below 40 ill bring them in. They been slow but I think they are gonna turn out nice
