I stirfryed oysters last night too.

Still looking good spotter. I was thinking maybe you could cover 90% of the substrate with wax paper or something similar so that the fruiting would be more concentrated.

Those look great! I took a few prints from some enoki that I foraged this summer, can't wait to get some of my own going. 
Some lions mane and reishi (noc'd a doz jars of each)

Got this thing off facebook market place $80 i kinda feel like i robed them it replaces 3 mini fridges and I still have more room just in time I have 20 + cultures showing up this week to get my Gourmet medicinal mushroom culture Bank goinggoing
 And some Shiitake right before i harvested yesterday
 Some more shiitake bags that I was actually able to supplement since I finally got the right bags and a few reishi up top on the left there

Whoops thought I replied to this before now. Mine are at low to mid 60s f. They grow pretty fast but have long rests between flushes. My sporeworks culture is pretty agressive.
I've got a bucket of oyster mycelium that I've been feeding leftover casing to. It has grown a strange spherical body, a little smaller than a tennis ball, that leaks a lot of liquid. I took a few pictures to see if anyone can tell me if there is a name for these structures.
