Honestly I shoulda been misting more often. But i forgot to for like 4 days lol. I was trying to mist once or twice a day. But it ended up being like once a day.

Over incubated the yellows in the run up to xmas (not much business between xmas and new year). As a result fewer mushrooms but larger - This is 1.6kg (3.5lbs).

Amazing colour.
Branched oyster are awesome to fruit IMHO, getting like 60 or more fruits branching from one another. I had an indoor grow that had fruits fruiting from the sides of stems, and then again.
At first it's strange to see pins developing on the sides of stems.
Images are here, I suggest cloning any branching fruits.

Here is it's British brother, Tarragon oyster, on the latest T-Gel after 24 hours. I'm using 100% black tea, no optional additives, no malt extract.
Sorry for image quality, there is condensate on the lid.

Managed to cleanup the vendor stuff.

I just got some Black poplar on wedges in a trade, I was looking at it's settings and read the following:
"White at first, soon becoming spotted brown, and eventually tan brown." -- Source.

pl. ostreatus spores -> agar -> grains -> coir/verm/cardboard
First time getting some pins even though I've had the spores on agar a few months. Does the shoebox look too wet with all of the water droplets?

The bottle looks good, the shoebox looks like it has mold, and maybe some other things too.

Thanks for the look. I'm not sure if the shoebox has any mold. I used various cardboard trash so some was a darker color and some was printed on one side.

Fair enough, I noticed some blueish-green patches, probs the print.
Good luck.

I grew my first ones and they are Asian. It's all about the oxygen and co2.
