Oklahoma yellow oyster strikes again! There's still a couple pounds worth on the tree. Too much, and too far from ladder
 Apparently the tree is fifty years old, and part of it broke off and died, leaving a big dead scar. These are in the armpit of the scar. Love the color and smell!

Ghost fungus tearing through some coniferous woodchip mix supplemented with spent coffee grounds, wheat straw, a little bit of bran, and gypsum inoculated 3 days ago just prior being shook.
 These are all 5 quart bags of sterilized woodchips that were inocualted kind of high. Each bags was inocualted with 1.25-1.5 quarts of fully colonized grains spawn.

Those were supplemented fairly heavily.iirc a little organic fertilizer,approx 30% soybean hulls and a quart of spawn per bag, oak sawdust . Sometimes mushrooms like to grow for me. Other times not so much.
